  • In this video we shall be looking at the powers of Congress. We shall explore the constitutional powers of Congress, as well as split the powers between the exclusive powers of both the house and the senate, as well as the Concurrent powers shared between both houses.

    You forgot to mention the exclusive power of the Senate to elect a Vice President, in case the Electoral College is tied.

      The 4th is the fact that they can elect the VP. This happens when the electoral college is tied
