- As the Cold War rages in Vietnam between 1955-1975, this video might summarize the devastating situation in a clear (or chaotic) manner.
So, months have gone without any uploads, much apologies for that Plus, I went lack of creativity, until I saw a descent comic from r/polandball, about the Vietnam War. Basically, that comic was my inspiration to do this short animation.

The US "loss" in vietnam is often overblown. War is hell.

I mean they technically did, only issue is that the South Vietnamese state was failed from the moment the dysfunctional borderline dictator Diem was killed in the coup. Without said borderline dictator the nation just sorta faltered. While the North Vietnamese liked to play up the idea that they so valiantly “liberated” the south by means of popular revolt it was more that they were patient enough to wait for an unstable and corrupt nation to nearly collapse before invading.
