I tripled the recipe using the bananas from my own trees skin left on. Additionally added yeast nutrient and pectic enzyme. Initial hydrometer reading 1.108. Excellent fermentation so far. Will update.
Wouldn't using the banana skins change the flavour? It seems practical, though, to leave the skins in order to keep the slices whole. Please do update @C Me @cuoredicioccolato. This is the time of year we have tons of bananas available at local markets in Mexico, even 3 kilograms for 1 USD. I will eat half of the bananas and make wine with the rest.

Hiiii ! I have a banana garden and I wanna make banana wine , I have watched many of your other wine videos and u usually don’t boil the fruit , is it necessary to boil the bananas? what happens if I don’t boil the banana and I just add sugar and yeast?
If you have a lot you can try both ways 😉
is a sweet wine?? if i reduce the sugar to make it more dry wine will it work or you need all the sugar? and i just make a yeast from grapes like your video! but is not very active can i place it inside and wait 1 2 days more?? or it need to be very active to place it
Yes you can use it the yeast and reduce the sugar ( 100 g less 😉 )
Hello coach, can I use homemade Raisin yeast and how mush?
And in what temperature do I store my wine?

Room temperature but if you have a basement it will be better 😉
How long did it take this wine to clear up? And how long did you wait after bottling before drinking? Thanks for all of the fantastic videos!

1 week or you can drink it directly 😉

Hello Sir, I admired your recipe co'z of very simple and available ingredients in our country. What is your comments? if I prepared the same ingredients on this video but instead of Banana I used Grapes in the same quantity.
Great wine recipes... Have already made a batch of grape wine... Russian Kvaas and ginger beer. It's been a week. Lets see how it goes.
Im also thinking of making pomegranate wine and fiery green chilly wine. Have second thoughts about the green chilli though.
Green chili ? 😱
