Hi, just sharing as a chinese chef for more than 20 years. Corn starch into premixed sauce is a big no no. Can't control consistency of thickness and flavor is only the sauce and not into the veg. Just sharing 🙏🏻

The most difficult part of the recipe is finding baby bok choys that are clean enough to cook this way. Most of the time there are dirt and who knows what else trapped between the leaves, particularly towards the bottom parts. You have to peel the layers to get them cleaned. Halving them like this requires more faith in their cleanliness than I can muster.
why do people cooj their bok choy without cutting it into smaller slices like you do when cooking celery? I have only seen cooking mostly intact by lots of people.
Isn’t there some way you’re supposed to wash and rewash the bok choy to get rid of all the dirt and sand? Saw an old Chinese grandpa insisting on some process to properly cut wash and dry it. Is he wrong?
I like how you associate the Ghibli music with Asian cuisine, as if that's the only type of music from that part of the world. And for many Americans, it is the only thing they're exposed to.

We got our utensils from an Asian market and we cant remeber exactly where we got this pan

Healthy Veges but u damage by adding sugar corn flour etc just garlic fry soya sauce chilli and little sea salt it’s done
