One thought touched me.......mankind required a complete change and transformation the way we experience life..... meditation is a beginning in that direction......All pray to our Master....

Meditation is the highest form of grace. A supreme state of awareness where you become so silent and still that you almost disappear.
Meditation is the path to self illumination. It is personal and it is a self guided journey.
Silence the mind and the Soul will ,,speak,,.
    Stay blessed!

Meditation is just observation, literally watching. It is as natural as your heart beat; a process which happens automatically. The reason why this leads to a silent mind is because when you pay attention to your surroundings, that takes you away from thoughts. It allows a person, for a few moments, to forget. If my attention is on the birds flying or the ocean waves then my inner issues for a while are gone.
More advanced meditation is when you realise the outer *is* the inner. If you find the outer at any point uncomfortable then that tells you a lot about yourself inwardly, just as if you find the outer very joyous (like me watching the ocean shores) then that also tells me a lot about myself. You environment can tell you so much about yourself if you know how to pay attention/watch to how it makes you feel.

Meditation is a state of mind where the me is absent. The me, which is thought, devises its own ways of escaping from what is. This is disorder. When the mind gazes upon itself, sees that its getting in its own way, then it becomes quiet. This awareness and absence of the me naturally creates order

K: What exactly is "meditation"? Can we look at ourselves without distortion, purely by “seeing” ourselves, at the basic facts of ourselves: greed, jealousy, anxiety, fear, hypocrisy, deceit, ambition? "Meditation requires constant attention, constant awareness of every word, thought, and emotion of our own. These reveal our superficial or hidden existence." "Freedom is our sense of choicelessness in our daily life." We should always observe ourselves. Examine ourselves, our greed, envy, bitterness, cynicism, beliefs, etc., and observe them. If we want to change them, we cannot see them. True Seeing requires energy, and active observation at all times." "If you learn to observe yourself, the way you walk, the way you eat, the content of your conversations, how you gossip, hate, envy, etc., if you can be aware of all these It's meditation. So when you're taking a bus ride, walking in the shade of a sunlit tree, listening to the birds sing, or watching the faces of your wife and children, you can do it meditation."

@@sanekabc it can be annoying but what he is trying to do is trying to illustrate how the world turns everything into a trend a fad how others come in and try to exploit it for profit perhaps and what happens is that the real thing gets lost in translation meditation is just observing yourself in a relaxed calmness observing without reaction without entertaining thought establishing order which is that the mind/thought patterns which is memory is an assistant/instrument to one's awareness to ones capability or true faculty of perception, insight
