Waves pitch correction is better for the control you have over it. It allows you more flexibility to get things right. You can have the plugin conform to the vocals as opposed to having the vocals conform to the pitch correction, as is the case with Logics stock version, at least in my experience. However, Waves plugin also adds a distasteful tone to me. It only comes in here and there, but I feel like Logics stock plugin has a cleaner more pleasant and transparent tone. That doesn't make it a better plugin overall since it's likely personal taste, but that's just something I feel like is worth noting
i did noticed the sound waves tune gives compared to logic stock tuning honestly i think it really depends on what sound your going for that makes you switch between the two so i like both for different reasons

its something I've noticed with other autotunes as well, they feel a little bit destructive compared to the stock correction
