Yeah of course. It had been a few days so I was itching to get out a video, it just took me awhile to make this one though. yeah I am going to try and incorporate more edits and funny things to balance out my natural “relaxed tone” 😂

I was able to put a sap tap on a little branch where there was joint and had a leaf so it needs enough space

I hadn’t ran into that, thank you for that tip, I will have to look for a similar branch. I appreciate you sharing.

Oh im pretty sure the wolf spiders are always asleep during the daytime unless provoked the only problem is they can get disturbed by an ant
Notice sometimes they can't find the sleeping spot as well

Yeah I did see one stuck on the outside looking like it was trying to climb during the day. That’s good to know that it as it a pathing issue and not a random thing.

Good choice, those little fellas are cute. Just be careful not to stand too close to the slurry or you will scare them away.

@@ChaosBearGaming Same, I'm on ps so I appreciate your guide, I love survival games and I'm a 90s baby so it reminds me of the army men game on 64 that I fell in love with

@@runyapocketsmyG I am glad to hear you liked the guide. I didn’t really know much about survival games until I was an adult and now it’s basically all I play. I fit some RPGs in here and there though. Good ole 64 games 😂

@@ChaosBearGaming same I started with Conan now I have 1000+ hours but the game died , you might get me into ark because I hate it right now

    • @ChaosBearGaming

@@runyapocketsmyG I think the part about any game is a healthy balance. I have 1500 hours in Ark, but after around 1000 hours on ASE I got burnt out and stopped playing until just before ASA was coming out.
Now I play at least every other day, sometimes multiple days in a row, but I include other games. (like grounded, Minecraft, Elden Ring, etc). Also, I find the things I love about the game and really enjoy those. If I don’t like doing something then I don’t always force myself to do it.
I am not someone who feels the need to grind up 50+ mutations for crazy boosted stats. But I will do a bit of breeding until I get a really cool looking creature. I increase the imprint % so I don’t need as many mutations to help the stats. I still breed first a perfect pair, but then I start breeding for colors and less for stats.
I tend to run all the caves. I really like the caves as they’re like “dungeons” I think the caves are way more fun than the bosses. As they’re dangerous creatures, and there is treasure involved and if you need a challenge then trying no mount is always fun or certain death 😂 I usually only do a boss run to get Tek gear.
Also, I build cool bases or exhibits for me or those cool creatures. I don’t feel I need to beat every boss all the time to “be good at the game” or to “enjoy the game”. You don’t have to “beat Ark”. It’s a video game, you can just enjoy it.
Of course I say all this things while I play single player. I don’t have time for official or servers really. I play what works for me. I have a full time job, a fiancé who doesn’t game at all and 4 kids, so The pause button is my best friend 😂
TLDR: I can try and help with Ark 😂

Does anyone else get their water from the mantis fountain?

    • @ChaosBearGaming
      @ChaosBearGaming  หลายเดือนก่อน

I feel like that one is way more convenient because it can be placed in your base. It’s just not obtainable until much later in the game.

@ChaosBearGaming good point. I used to have a dew catcher until I realized you could take water from the fountain.
