It’s like Shiva himself brought me to your channel as I have started doing this sadhana but now I know that I’m not doing it the right way as shown on one of TH-cam video. Yours with explanation makes more sense, thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏽 I don’t have a guru and during my meditation session have always asked Lord Shiva himself to guide me as my guru. Not sure if that is proper or not but I have not seek anyone so far putting all my trust and intuition to Lord Shiva 🔱

Difference between habitual thinking and intuition is important to understand. Habitual thinking also seems natural because it has been practiced by brain for a while (therefore a habit). If the mind is not having clarity, habitual thinking might be confused with intuition or inner guiding truth. The guru disciple system is made by Shiva so do not be quick to dismiss the need of guru in physical. There is a purpose.

I’m glad i found this video. I’ve been meditating lately not as consistently as i would like but i feel so much pressure near or on my third eye, i can’t even put into words the feeling but it feels as though information is being jammed into my head all at once and i can’t stop it or something else is trying to tap in. I really don’t know but I’m praying this methods will help shift things! Thanks

Finally! In this video he explains not just the physical posturing but also details the internal state pretty well. I kept finding videos that focused on posturing, and as to mental state they just said “quiet the mind” and you can “follow the breath to do that.” Well, we know that. But with a quiet mind, then what? He does a better job of helping with that here.

@@kkm5384 thank you bringing out a concern that perhaps is latent in many. I appreciate your bravery and openness. These are the times to uncover the truth in our collective journey.
If you have a guru follow the guru. But, you say you learnt it from a certain center. How do you know if you learnt it right in the center ? Or even, How do you know if the center is teaching it right?
In the end, you have to own up to your own responsibilities toward your self.
I would say , begin by contemplating what it means to actually have a guru . And try to see in your own life if you have a guru or merely associated with certain center. Also, assuming some person as your guru is different from actually getting guru deeksha.
I know in the present time, it is hard to find gurus. Most of the time many people end up traversing the labyrinth of various centers and ashrams.
Now about the technique or the way of doing Shambhavi is concerned, I will put here with emphasis that, this way, as I have shown, is the correct way of doing it. This is the way that has been done since time immemorial in the lineage of siddhas of himalaya. If you find that certain center has conflicting method or information, then the responsibility lies with the center to explain why it differs from the tradition.

The other centre has also mentioned same. What you told, but that is just one part of other sequences. May be that is how it is or they designed combining few pre-requisites. i dont have knowledge to explain nor i can debate or seek details from them or any.
coming back to your procedure, can i just do what you shown in this video without formal guidance from you one-to-one?
Dont you have any pre-requisites to start this mudra?
is there a 'shambhavi mahamudra', and 'just 'shambhavi mudra'? or both same?
do everyone should become yogi like you to get enlightenment? by the what is enlightenment?
What is the ultimate purpose of 'life'?
