@@muttocycle Hiya yeah, so there is no negatives about it when it comes to people with physical ailments they consider these factors and give you the appropriate alternatives. Ah for me it was wonderful after the last day I felt some kind of essence within me that had this wisdom and purity about it and it has only grown since practicing everyday. @@nirkaya mmm, depending on your flexibility it will vary when you first start. If you would say your about average you should be fine, there are only 3 sets of physical movements and the rest is very relaxing and can be intense :) hope this helped.

The scriptures say that The self is beyond words and so the scriptures must eventually be discarded.
I know that because I studied the scriptures.
If reading the scriptures are waste then why did the enlightened beings spoke the words? We will have to conclude wrongly that all the scriptures are spoken by people who have no enlightenment. The scripture is the minimum knowledge while enlightenment is complete knowledge...there is something called practical and theoretical knowledge..

@jeffin No. I'm referring to your Spirit consciousness and its many layers...It's the thing that makes you alive and able to perceive and experience information (as opposed to merely processing information like a computer).
@jeffin Of course there is. But not all evidence is objectively knowable. There are other kinds of evidence which are presently not recognized by modern-day science, since modern-day science has yet to develop its understanding of consciousness.
In the meantime, if you practice specific methods given in various spiritual and contemplative traditions, you can have your own evidence of what consciousness is and what its relationship is to the body, brain, and ego (among other things!). :)
@jeffin And let's not forget that there is no known way to produce subjects (i.e. conscious observers) through any arrangement of objects (i.e. atoms, molecules, chemicals, or any physical process). In fact, it's not even theorized in any major branch of material or physical sciences as to how consciousness can be created (i.e. how to get subjects from objects).

God, spirituality, has no truth in it. If it works for someone then it was just a coincidence. Most of times everything is just fictional to justify our existence. If all this is truth then all humans would have grown wings and flew to the desired destination because power of believe existed. Honestly i believe i be better of in life then believing there is something beyond this life. Because i still don't remember what i was in my previous birth if there was one. Sadguru I truly believe once the fuse of my life bulb burst i will not exist in any so called dimensions even if i believe in after life. Peace.
