Very nice! Even I was skeptical when I first did the program, but only after 2 weeks or less something fundamental changed! I can't explain it to anyone, most people just have a smile for my accounts. I really believe that we have to do more of these researches and bring everyone onboard!
Unfortunately, I don't believe that modern medicine will soon adapt Yoga practices. These are preventive practices, modern medicine wants to heal symptoms, not make people NOT getting sick!

Namaskaram! Absolutely LOVE this! Through deep study of आत्मषट्कम् , my frequency has transcended my ability to fully express it in English. That has brought me to संस्कृतम् . I’m in deep and swimming with That which is not! ॐ नम: रिवय !!!
Maha Mrytunjaya Mantra as well has my bliss levels off the scale! Adiyogi’s dhamaru thumps low in my mind 24/7 ‘thom, deem, thum, num’… and
    ___
    The dhamaru sings…
    धगद्धगद्धगज्जलल्ललाटपट्टपावके
    डमड्डमड्डमड्डमन्निनादवड्डमर्वयं
    धगद्धगद्धगज्जलल्ललाटपट्टपावके
Twinkle twinkle little stars… Shouting out (Sadh! Gu! Ru! सद्गुरु सद्गुरु) Flash Crack Vroom the peacocks fly! Blindingly bright!
    हरि औं सद्गुरुजी
    हरि हरि महादेव हरि हरि!
This is the ultimate experience. My waves and my chemistry are surely off the charts. Anyone doing this work in the States, I’m all in. ALL IN!
Getting this to the ‘average’ American might be a bit of a challenge though… just sayin’… the entire system needs to be revamped from K-12 all the way thru the #2 drive-thru’s… as upbringing’s was raised to lower that bar to a common denominator of deep fried tater-tots. But if’n y’all got something I can do, I’m all earz and eager to participate.
The footprints are all over my Being!
My economic situation would need to be discussed, but my recovery is due to this and I’d like to see it applied more better… Open Heart ASD, 1970, 7th to survive heart/lung machine @ SIU… 3rd time on the ‘other-side’ and “-“ sent me back… again… so yeah, this just might be why… Cardio/Neuro needs some measurable and actionable datum… and my unique situation just might be put to good use somehow. UofChicago, UofCincy, and Children’s all have records, SIU destroyed all records when building at MedicalCenter was torn-down in the 80’s long before these here WWW-days… and the Microfilm department lost funding is what I was told. Anyway.
This very well may close that gap between Science & Spirituality. Both intend to improve humankind. How can I participate? How can I contribute to the conversation! ? How? Un-edja-ma-cated experiential types like me here are shunned in this society… Marginalized… Ignored… and, like me - just remain silent. There’s nothing to support ‘the freaks’. . . I marvel at the comics of it all. Ancient Greece mighta had it right… and it’s all over a cliff in the end.
ASD=Atrial Septal, diagnosed, ASD=Spectrum, not… lest ye thinks these here ramblings qualify. He-he-he… Reach out someone! THIS WORK may ROCK the WORLD!

Your experiment on Shambhavi Mantra is good. At the same time, if the same experiment was done on another mantra, i.e. Gayatri mantra, the uniqueness of the mantra would be clearly known.
