Ashwagandha 1 teaspoon
Shatavari 1 teaspoon
Milk- 1 glass
Water- 1/2 glass
mix all together and boil it for 15 minutes. drink it 30 minutes after food with warm water two times in a day.

Recently I went to Ayurvedic Dr for weight Gain .. Dr recommended me 1 Tab of shatavri in Morning with Luke warm milk in early morning ... 1 tab of Ashwagandha with Luke warm Milk in Night half an Hour before sleep.
So, can I use it in that manner for weight Gain.. ?
