      I woke up two days ago with a bad pain in the coccyx area, never happened to me before so I was about to call my doctor but tried this out in the morning and last thing at night and 2 days later Im back to normal. Thank you soo much for this Joelle.

    I feel like a whole new person in 10 minutes. I fell down from stairs and hurt my tailbone 5 weeks ago. This yoga sequence felt like magic to my pain. I am so grateful to find you and this video.       Deepika garg, I fall down from stairs too, 2 month ago, hurt my tailbone, is hurting me when i sit down and very painful when i got up from sitting posture. I hope you feel better, can you please write me if your tailbone health improve? I see that your comment is 10 months ago.     I typically spend over 8 hours straight sitting at the desk and that's why i've got tailbone pain. Sometimes I could barely stand up from my chair without support. I felt a HUGE difference after doing this 10 min practice for a few days. I like to use them as an excuse for a mid-day 10 min break away from the desk. Thank you, Joelle ⭐️

      @sb I think it's one of those things where you have to keep at it and be consistent. Which I am not, so the pain came back when I stopped doing this practice regularly. However, I've also upgraded the chair I'm on for over 8 hours, and am mindful of my posture, and it definitely helped as well, but I definitely should be doing these stretches a lot more often.

    I broke my tailbone when I was 15 at summer camp. Now some 35 years later that old pain is still there.

    I am from India 🇮🇳, and have spine issues, like L4/L5, Sacroiliac junction. I’m 79, and have active workouts at Gym for 30 years. The pandemic years were bad for my mobility and muscles got weaker. These yogic asanas are good. Love ❤️ them, and gonna try them. 🙏

    This was great for me. At 42, I’m becoming injured more easily, and find it hard to get a routine going. I tried doing a standing only full body routine before this video and immediately felt pain in my tail one area after one move. Stumbled across this, hoping it would help, and I am so happy I did. The gentle stretching helped so much. Thank you!
    Tip: listen with headphones; her voice makes it even more relaxing!

    This routine is miraculous. I hurt my tailbone 11 years ago during childbirth and the pain comes back every few months, especially after very long flights. The pain will wake me up in the middle of the night. Since I found your video I do this when I have pain (I’ve even done it at 3 am in a hotel room floor haha). I get immediate relief.

    This was a simple but effective workout. Gentle, and I discovered a new stretch which felt awesome. I was in pain cycling yesterday I had to walk eventually so this has helped stretch it out. I think one of the tailbone issues can also be core strength too with good posture you aren't putting all the pressure on this area. I will also get the cushion for for work thank you! 🙏

    Thanks for sharing these Interesting postures I am trying your suggestions and also the bow posture has helped me and the locust pose has also helped and building and strengthening the glut muscles is also helping me. I think the softening of the glut muscles due to aging and sitting on hard surfaces and riding 2 wheeler on bad roads had caused the tailbone pain since 3 months, hope to heal it soon

    This video has been a friend to me for the past week or so. I don't really have tailbone pain but the whole of my lower back, hip and possibly SI joint too(all a bit of a mistery) hurt all day, every day but I have found great relief with this practice. Thank you ❤

    Excellent. I suffer from two eroded discs with one completely eroded. Been told to go for microsurgery 12 years ago but managed without. Very helpful indeed for someone who also knows how excruciating and debilitating this pain can be in daily life.

    Hi Joelle. I am so pleased to have found your yoga channel, and have enjoyed many classes, especially those in the ‘Yin Yoga’ style. I have advanced lumbar stenosis, and experience pain with many yoga poses intended to help with lower back issues (eg twists, back bends like Sphinx pose).     This worked like magic for me. My lower back was rigid and really painful but was transformed after this practice. I waited a couple of days to comment as I couldn’t quite believe it but the pain hasn’t returned. Thank you!

    Hi there, just diagnosed with a coccyx dislocation. Completed my first session with this video and I feel quite a relaxing feeling in my coccyx area. Im gonna do it twice a day until I get better. Gonna write my progress here. Thanks for providing this video to us!

      2 months update! I have completed 2 months of doing this exercise! I also supported it with some glute workout and use this video as a finisher twice a day. My dislocation started to disapper. I can feel my coccyx in it's old place. Although it's a really hard area to manipulate. It feels so good to be able to sit again! Thank you so much!

    I’ll admit, I was cynical and thought that a 10 min would do little to nothing, but I was wrong! I’ve been struggling with coccyx pain for a while and have started to do some individual exercises, some which have provided a tiny moment of relief and some that have aggravated it. After I finished this routine, I was very relaxed and managed to walk and sit with less pain. I’ll be repeating this daily as I hope to see improvements in my flexibility as well as a decrease in the level of pain over time. I’ll try and provide an update on how I’ve progressed and if I’ve found that this has provided the relief that I hope it will!

I inevitably lapsed when I was seeing results in my flexibility and pain management, so you have to maintain it. This time last year I took a 14 hour flight and I was in tears I was in so much pain. I picked it back up after that experience and whilst I still get the occasional pains, it’s no longer constant and I don’t have to psyche myself up to do something simple like sitting or standing back up!
      I think it’s a combination of these stretches, being mindful of my posture, and a decent cushion to sit on.

    Namaste Joelle-ji, Fantastic video - Very useful when we are in a culture that promotes sitting on chairs (we should be squatting more). Thank you for this video - it was fab. Something I will be following weekly. Would you be able to provide a video when possible - for children to follow, after school, that is 10 mins - perhaps only 3-5 asanas that you think children should understand the importance of?
