I have had tailbone pain since June 2024. An xray disgnosed osteopenia. A follow up MRI showed a vertebrae was a bit moved (backward or forward, I do not understand all the medical terminology!) and the radiologist thought that was causing the tailbone pain. They suggested physical therapy to help. I have been in pt for a number of months and it will continue into 2025 I was told by the pt. I think it is better. I do have the pillows you showed that have the cutout by the tailbone area that I use in my car as well as my two different work chairs. I sit ALL THE TIME for my work. I think they are helpful as well. THANK YOU so much for this helpful video! 🙂

I had the pain in my tailbone, but now it's almost gone! I did nothing, but just took proper rest for 1 month and avoided any kind of sitting! From there, the pain was improved by 90%! I also used some pain relieving spray everyday to make the area warm in itself, this induce a much faster recovery! I now sit without any pain, and also avoid long sitting on my bad position using the U shaped cushion at my work! For normal sittings apart from work, there is no need to use cushions!

@@zahidmajeed4541 I used a spray named 'Moov', I don't know, whether this product is available in your region or not! But i can suggest one thing, use U shaped cushion at your work, also use any pain reliever that helps releasing muscle pain!
My tailbone was not broken, or tilt, but i had a severe pain because of my long sitting job!
The key behind getting your tailbone healed, is to let that particular areas rest for 1 month, in the meantime your white blood cells will try to auto heal your area! So after a month, with the use of spray, daily morning tailbone exercises and U shaped cushion with proper rest can heal your tailbone for sure! That's my personal experience! Try to take some rest from your work like leaves or something!

I am feeling much better now and keep strengthen the muscles and ligaments. And am taking Low dose Naltrexone 2.5 mg.makes me feel much better since I do have neck and shoulder pain as well. I have been watching all your videos and try my best to do exercises. Thank you so much for all you do for us. One suggestion for future video is Tinnitus. I got coccyx pain after having a very painful pap smear where I clenched my pelvic floor so much I think I pulled the coccyx out of place as it has been 4 months and it still hurts really bad despite having had massage, cranio sacral therapy, and looking up stetches to ease coccydinia. I've had an X ray but showed no fracture. I'm at my wit's end with this pain!

I had tailbone pain for years and none of the usual treatments made a dent in the pain. I saw 5 different chiropractors and two physical therapists about it. It wasn't until the 2nd PT that he made the discovery that it's referred pain from my back. Now the pain is mostly gone after treating it as back pain, instead of pelvic or tailbone pain.

Can there be a correlation to having a l4/l5 and l5/S1 disc extrusion with Coccxydynia ? I haven’t had trauma and no pregnancy. I always get this pain after getting spinal injection, had 3 so far. I’m just curious could this be referred pain from disc? Thanks

Thank you for fully n clearly explaining. My tailbone is so pain full. I had fallen very badly on my back on my butt from high but never realized all this pain is because of my fall. I did not know in the beginning it was tailbone. It is more then 6 years now I have Sciatica Nerve from hips to my legs. So I thought it was from Sciatica and that's why my tailbone and my back is hurting. I go for Physiotherapy, after every 5 7 months and I feel little better. I would like to have more videos about tailbone and learn more from you. Thanking you again.

I've had tailbone pain for 6 years now. Had 2 injections which did not work. Dr said x rays were not possible on the coccyx. They said there was nothing more they could do for me. I tried coccyx osteopath soecialist and that didnt work either. Specialist said pain would eventually go but as i said, it's been 6 years now and sitting in hard chairs is agony 😢
