I would try downloading the file at a larger size than you need, that always helps when I upload an Etsy banner or fb banner.
I find that when you set the download size to 2 (800x400) in Canva, it exports at a much better quality. Then, in Gmail, click on the picture after you inserted the file and select "Large" to make it fit in the window. Hope this helps.

Why does it not sync with your email from phone and pc?
So when I upload my canva signature document it gets reported as spam - unusual characters typically associated with spam. Any thoughts on this?
I've never heard of this happening. Not sure what to tell you on this one.

I'm not sure what size I used, I just went into Canva and typed in "email signature" under templates. Hope this helps!!

Need help uploading my canva template for email signature onto my iphone gmail setting?
Not sure if that's something that can be done via iPhone or if you have to be on a laptop/desktop to upload it.
How do you make email signature picture smaller? When I upload the picture it's very big.
That's weird! When you go into settings and upload it into the signature part, you should be able to click on the photo once it pops up into the signature box. Then you can click on small, medium, large, original size, or delete it. Hope this helps!
Can you add links to a picture
Maybe if you add links to the image on Canva before you save it? That's the only way I can think of but I haven't tried it!
