Nice video showing what you do. I am wondering if this kind of cleaning work for AC motors in saws that also sparks or even spew smokes? Is the wood chip buildup being carbonated by high temperatures causing the short circuit, leading to sparks/smokes?

Clean by retaining air. Maybe you can get out of this situation without disassembling the engine

Hi brother i have charger of 21 volt and 0.8 amp and battery is 18 volt li-ion 1.3Ah
And readings on cordless drill machine are 12volt 18-25 NM. And inside drill machine readings on moter are grs 550vc 21volt I want to to convert it to corded drill machine plz suggest me a adopter or supply with best volt and amp please.

Yes, that's right, but I changed the engine first, but the engine I changed didn't give it the orginal motor power.

I just done this except I can’t get the top off the motor will it work if I just spray WD40 into the motor?

I think don't do that, don't squeeze oil, the important thing here is to get the O part of the engine rid of oil and dirt. If you squeeze the oil it can even catch fire.
