- If the drill doesn't work, use multimeter to check if the motor has input voltage. If so, replace the motor or the internal carbon brush. If there is no voltage input, it means that the variable speed switch is defect. Replace a new one
Through the video, you can learn how to repair portable rechargeable drills. Most of the parts can be purchased through ebay.com or Taobao.com, such as chucks, gearboxes, motors and variable speed switches.
The film first teaches everyone how to change the drill chuck, and then from the gear box to the motor and the variable speed switch to dismantle to show you, and explain the principle of torque adjustment, drill torque less must see!

Kudos for you on this video. I looked for the principle of the cordless clutch and was nowhere else to be found. I have a Black and Decker but I can see the resemblance with this one 100%. I like your animation especially. Anyway, the clutch on my son's drill was sliding and I couldn't figure out why. I can see here that there should be a pair of bearing balls in every hole, mine had only one which makes me think someone has played before with this drill and screwed up by loosing 8 balls. Thanks a lot!

Very nice presentation. I have a milwaukee 18 v hammer drill and the 2nd gear which is plastic has stripped teeth. Would a milwaukee 28 v hammer drill gear case also fit onto it because i can get one of those very cheap second hand.?
Different voltages are not a problem. The point is that if the gearbox is the same size, it can be replaced.

正反轉壞掉，可能是內部的銅片接觸不良，可拆出來用沙紙磨一下觸點，或許可修復。

請問第一步 順時鐘轉開螺絲！每一家都一樣方向嗎？
要是不對狂轉裡面會不會滑牙
大部份都是順時針方向拆除螺絲的，建議找一支合適的螺絲批，轉動螺絲時記緊壓緊螺絲才扭動，部份廠商會用螺絲膠水固定，所以可能會較難拆，但只要轉動方向正確的話，還是可以拆下來，亦不會導致滑牙。

前輩您好
小弟掏寶購買一台龙韵雙速電鑽，外型與您影片裡的電鑽幾乎都一樣，唯一差別，是我這台是雙速
電鑽到貨就有扭力盤無法切到『電鑽檔』，轉到扭力的最高檔(電鑽檔之前)就會卡住，及"雙速開關鈕"無法正常切換(很卡)，切換高、低速鈕，沒感覺到轉速有變化這兩個問題，其他功能都還正常
因為換貨的運費太高，賣家表示拆開將高、低速按鍵裝好就可解決問題...
小弟拆開後再組裝回去，除了扭力盤同樣無法切到電鑽檔的問題外，又多了個高、低檔裡的2檔(按鍵往握把 ->) 會變成空轉，完全沒有扭力的問題，雖知這是"高低速開關鈕"無法讓齒輪上移到位，拆裝多次，還是搞不定這問題....
請教前輩
扭力盤無法切到電鑽檔，與高低開關鈕無法讓齒輪上移到位有關係嗎?
還是其他問題引起?
雙數開關往上移時，齒輪也會上移，但沒有完全卡入齒，請問齒輪箱組裝有何該注意事項嗎?
齒輪箱接合馬達時，是否須先將扭力盤切到「電鑽檔』?
該如何處理解決扭力盤無法切到電鑽檔及雙速無法切換及2檔會空轉的問題 ?

@@Ym-bd3mj 齒輪箱接合馬達時，不須將扭力盤切到電鑽檔的
電鑽檔和高低速開關按鈕是不會互相影響的，電鑽檔可以暫不用去處理它，因調到電鑽檔時其實是將彈簧壓緊鋼珠，令它有較高扭力 (如影片2:14 和 3:52)，當扭力超出負荷時，就算調到電鑽檔鑽東西時都會有「拍拍聲」，可能是買了次貨，那個轉盤刻錯數字位置。至於高低速開關鈕就要推薦你看以下影片:

因手頭沒有雙速的電鑽，不能拍片講解，只能簡單講解一下，雙速電鑽是透過兩組行星齒輪，達致變速的。

前輩 請問您齒輪箱潤滑油是使用哪一種? "注油"工具是何處購買?
@@Ym-bd3mj 👍👍👍潤滑油可在淘寶網搜尋關鍵字「電鑽潤滑油」，建議不要塗太多潤滑油在齒輪上，薄薄一點就可以，以免油脂塗上塑料製的齒輪箱上，因油脂可令塑膠老化開裂，所以新購的電鑽不用再塗油脂。
高人大大:
能否解構一下 : 調速開關器內部結構及拆解其電路, 多謝分享賜教！ 是用MOSFET, 經按下掣時, 減低電阻值, 加快轉速, 如同已前流行之直撥形電位器原理, 請問能否改裝, 加開關在鑽身處或外置開關,
構思是否可以加開關, 直接將其底板VR炭膜短路, 令長著及滿速開動？
因有時會將鋰電池鑽, 用F夾, 夾於桌面, 夾付螺絲或銅柱作打磨時, 不用單手長按開關掣, 另手則持銼刀或其他工具操作.
再者: 用市電之電鑽, 一般都會有鎖掣的, 奇怪中外牌子鋰電池鑽, 不論名牌、什牌, 平價、貴價, 均無Lock掣功能！

如果不是經常要滿速開動電鑽的話，建議用活用式紮線帶，把變速開關暫時紮起，令它滿速轉動，活用式紮線帶可隨時拆下來(不須工貝)，方便快捷，又不須拆解改裝
