DIY - Turn your screw nut to a mini pinion gear puller

I came across the idea to make a puller from a M12 nut and a M6 screw, to get some pinion gears off my motors.
M12 is the biggest one that I can find in my tool box, but Ideally I should have used a bigger one in order to deal with larger gears.

Столько трудов и все бестолку 😊 попробу снять шестернь от Bosch 10.8 с зазором 1 мм, этот 1 мм от гайки порвет сразу.

Первое сверление надо делать на сквозь гайки диаметром вала. потом сверление под резьбу.

Проще высверлить с торца винта отверстие по диаметру вала, вставить отрезок вала и свободный конец зашлифовать, что бы потоньше был.по моему так быстрее получится.

Это вообще хорошая тема - мелкий съемник из гайки, особенно если, как у меня, магазин метизов в соседнем доме😀 Я при замене шестерни шуруповерта обошелся паяльной станцией и отверткой, но вот эту идеою вполне можно реализовать на будущее и места он много не занимает.

But in the cordless screw driver like makita or Dewalt the space between gear bottom and the motor are less than 1 mm can u please guide to to remove it ?I made one like yours but due to thickness its bend immediately
