As always, you did a great job once again. I have been following you for quite some time, and I notice that you repeatedly make a small mistake, but of great importance. The way you re-screwing back the screws it puts you at risk of cross-threading and damaging the plastic. When I do this, I always turn the screw counterclockwise, until I feel the thread-step ensuring that the screw and the threads have matched.... Keep doing this informative and great job. I also always do this but not only in plastic, I do it in all screwing situations to avoid running the risk of grinding the thread. Good recommendation.

U was thinking the same thing, very detailed and in depth. The only improvement would be list the wire again in comments and the type of grease used as some will attack plastics so I guess this was something special?

But true is that the enginer are consuming a high amount of energy to have less performance. Intresting you are a expert in fixing armature i go for 90degree rule from commutator point ....5 pole motor.....once i forgot putting epoxy after winding .....rotor unwinde n seized .... double work
It is remarkable to see how much skill and patience goes into repairing this screwdriver. But there was one thing you didn't do and that was balancing the anchor after it was finished. I wouldn't buy Parkside because the tools aren't sustainable enough. They don't last long and have no fuses to protect the motor from overload. But that shouldn't diminish your work. Good job.

Так же, время самое главное в жизни, потерять стока времени это глупо. Сдать в металолом старый шурик, купить новый, улучшенный с новыми батарейками будет лучше и правильнее. Один плюс, у человека полно свободного времени и у него золотые руки.

Hello You seem to have looked into the device in great detail! I have a PSBSAP 20-Li A1. I am a huge fan of the device - it looks appropriately used. The fact that it is increasingly starting to run on its own, especially with sensitive materials, has been really annoying for some time now. Of course I suspected the switch - but I'm not sure because it is so inconsistent. Have you or anyone else had similar experiences and worked out solutions? Does anyone know if the switch is available / standard? I assumed that many of the parts installed are standard and can also be obtained elsewhere, especially a switch with the manufacturer's name printed on it. Do you think I don't even have to take it apart to check this? Otherwise, I'd be happy if anyone who wants to kit out a ruin would contact me and offer it. Thanks for the information everyone!

Good point. I myself turn the screw counter clockwise till I feel a click then I tighten the screw. This way screw thread meshes with hole thread.

The anchor was balanced from 13'10" until 13'35".

i would solder wire on collector for any case, 1:55 on red contact was red wire, now on 16:18 is black, any reason to switch polarity

You seem to have looked into the device in great detail!
I have a PSBSAP 20-Li A1.
I am a huge fan of the device - it looks appropriately used.
The fact that it is increasingly starting to run on its own, especially with sensitive materials, has been really annoying for some time now.
Of course I suspected the switch - but I'm not sure because it is so inconsistent.
Have you or anyone else had similar experiences and worked out solutions?
Does anyone know if the switch is available / standard?
I assumed that many of the parts installed are standard and can also be obtained elsewhere, especially a switch with the manufacturer's name printed on it.
Do you think I don't even have to take it apart to check this?
Otherwise, I'd be happy if anyone who wants to kit out a ruin would contact me and offer it.
