Good to see you Dennis. Great video. I was wondering if the quality of the bread would be effected if you cooked the sausage links and then cut them lengthwise and lined them in strips along the length of the dough or would that make it too heavy?
Thanks for the positive feedback. I doubt the weight would affect the dough - it's the same amount of sausage meat. However, if done right it would probably improve the distribution. Thanks for question. -Dennis

It was just "okay" after finishing baking. You took it to the next level with the butter and broiler. Looks awesome.
