    As a single, professional salesman, i prefer Territory. Iv driven 2020 many times & 90% of the time, im using it without any other passenger. Sometimes, i would visit my family in my hometown & we would occupy all seats. Value for money based on practicality & function.

    This is a great comparison, made me realize the easier choice based on utility and my practical needs which was Territory. Although you can't ignore how Everest gives you more torque and space which majority would consider first w/o any questions lol

  • @iamdykho
    @iamdykho ปีที่แล้ว +27

    The looks and vibes mattered too. If I stick to reality and needs, the Territory was the way to go. But man, the Everest looks so good; you can't just ignore it. So, in the end, I went for the Everest.

    If Ford has an MPV, that would be a better comparison - both with 7-seats and multi-purpose use cases. But in Ford's current line up, this comparo makes sense.
    I'd say for bigger, extended families where relatives hitch a ride every once in a while, the Everest. For small families with 4 members or below, the Territory, GRANTING that you have the budget for either because the price difference is substantial.
    Enjoyed this one. Thanks Autodeal!

      @@danilobanaag1354 You are not poor. You can afford to purchase and maintain a car. And respectfully, an MPV is not for the poor. An MPV is for the practical. It's got space, added seating, good features. I know, I own one. So hold your head high. Not everyone wants a fancy vehicle.

      Why is there a need to compare economical status based purely off a car?? I can have billions of dollars in my bank account but still prefer to have an MPV because I don't find any good reason to own a luxury car.
      If my car takes me from one point to wherever I want to, without any major problems, then I'm totally satisfied. Those extra electronic features are additional points of failure in the future, and surely will be a headache even if I could afford to fix them all.

    i just got my absolute black everest titanium 4x4. Wildtrak Everest talga gusto ko dahil black ang trim nto sa Garnishes medyo tito looks tlga ang chrome. saka ang features ni titanium ay nasa Wildtrak everest na rin pero hindi 4x4. sa performance at features panalong panalo itong Everest. Very Comfy both driver and passenger hindi masikip ang loob and i love the interior. laking tulong din sa akin ang Ford Pass apps nila sa cp. kase bago ako bumaba ng garahe from 4th floor naka Start na ung sasakyan at malamig na ang AC .

    THis is just real content for ideal buyers too. I am a commuter and a driver too. Seeing more trucks and SUV's on the city roads feel so stiff to bring more traffic. I ought for people to choose smaller vehicles just like abraod where they live in the city they tend to have smaller cars. Specially not all 3rd row is being occupied by a passenger so its a deciding factor than going full blown large Vehicles corresponding on their needs. I also have a pickup truck but I live in the provinces now so its for me.

    Well if you’re considering specifically the top of the line Everest at 2.5m, another 500k gets you in an Explorer which gives you crossover comfort with SUV space and power.
    Also Caco brings up a great point about using all 7 seats. I only need to do that less than once a month… it makes more sense to buy a CUV and rent a van for the occasional family trips

    My family and I fell in love with the new Territory until we heard about the horror stories about the car. Weak air-conditioning, infotainment system suddenly turning off, high gas consumption, and more. We ended up getting the Everest instead because there are almost zero issues with it, at least as per the people who've bought it.

    🙌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I TRULY AM PLEASED TO SEE YOU PLACING LUGGAGES OF VARIOUS SIZES in the luggage compartment... instead of just placing balikbayan boxes. This only means you've read my previous comment and have considered showing us your avid fans how our actual luggages will fit in the rear compartment. Let's be more realistic, since families usually put bags, luggages in these trunks going to vacation trips and airports. We don't travel with balikbayan boxes 90% of the time. That's why I suggested that using various sized luggages would be more informative to us. Hope you make this a normal trunk size assessment using bags and luggages vs. Balikbayan boxes. Thanks again for listening Caco! 😊😊😊

    I am glad I chose Yaris cross, I bring it to offroad and love it, 1700km without any issue.
    Meanwhile Ford territory, meh, on paper it should have been more powerful than Yaris cross but it is very sluggish for some reason, 500 km on it and don't love it but I love the look of it. Even the interior makes me feel like I am sitting inside a premium car.... But how long will it last?

    i think you miss to show the interior of the Territory as the title of the video goes.

    Midsize SUV : if you're insecure and have a small penis so you'll have to compensate with a big car.
    Crossover : if you're practical and sensible plus you're also not insecure about yourself.

    SUVs are kinda overrated. Not everyone goes off road, the Crossovers have ample ground clearance and a much better ride quality. Plus the 3rd row seats on the SUVs are mostly cramped outside of the MUX.

      Ford Philippines doesn't have a demo test drive unit of the Explorer and F150 now as those are by indent order vehicles

    Everest has traditional A/T. Territory has CVT. I think the choice is very clear, Everest. You still can't make space out of thin air. Everest ride quality has already improved quite a lot.
    Territory is only good to have if you already got a people/cargo hauler on your lineup. But then, a similar Japanesse brand offering is much safer if you go with the crossover.

      It’s a dual clutch, not a CVT. the 1st Gen had a CVT.

      @@tlevans62 is it the same dual dry clutch from the dreaded Fiesta/Focus/Ecosport days?

    • @tlevans62
      @tlevans62 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Nope, wet dual clutch from Getrag. Getrag, the German transmission company is now owned by a Chinese Company and they manufacture them in China now.
