My fears pull me out of the present and into my mind which doesn't allow me to be in the present. But I've learned how to mentally return myself to the present and stay that way in my body. The way I do it is by facing my fears head on and logically productively solving them biasedly. I call it Mind Expansion. When your afraid of something you retreat into your mind and stay in there like a turtle right? The goal of my quote below is to re-expand your consciousness out of your mind to re-FILL the room your in like water in a glass. Cause a normal person who isn't afraid isn't retreated in their mind. They aren't stuck in their minds talking to themselves oblivious to the huge outside world they are currently inhabiting. So If I'm worried about what she might be thinking, for example, I will mentally face the fear by making myself believe: "I am afraid of what she's thinking. True. Obviously. But I must remember, My actions dictate how this whole thing will turn out and what she will experience. My actions. She's already doing her part by being here and giving herself to me and being open and vulnerable for me to do whatever I please. So she's already done her part. My part right now is what's remaining thus what determines the outcome..... Leave my mind and return to this room, to this present moment. Leave. Expand back out of my mind... To her. Yes... Good... Now don't restrict my breathing anymore... Let go of my breathing. Yes.... Breathe automatically.... More automatic.... Yes.... No more mental talking to myself, Now look up to her... Now act!" This mental process is how I've made myself defeat my fears and pulled myself out of my mind logically in a biasedly constructive way back into the present moment. It's a conscious effort to stay out of your mind but after enough time it becomes a habit.
Shits weird. Every time things are getting frisky my legs get so tense and shaky and my breathing changes like it’s hard to breath idk why this happens.
