    In this DCS: F-16C Viper video, we’ll talk about new bullseye functions coming to our F-16. Although we’ve had bullseye information on the HUD since release, we will now be adding the ability to set a steerpoint as a bullseye, toggle between ownship bullseye and steering marker on displays, display bearing and range from bullseye to the FCR cursor or bugged target on the FCR and HSD pages and display the HSD cursor bullseye information.

      Ok so I wasn’t the only one thinking that. I haven’t flown near Cyprus, but I haven’t seen those Islands in any other videos. Any idea what map this could be?

    One of the most useful Multiplayer updates to come along! Now A2A target designation with others NOT within your F-16 Group or another airframe, (ie F/A-18C)

    Great to see my beloved Viper taking shape. One question Wags, what's the white cross symbol when you STT'd the friendly contact?

      Collision antenna train angle (CATA). It shows the radar antenna direction in such a way that if you put the iron cross in the middle of the MFD you're on a collision course with the target. This is good for intercepts.

    In VR the MFD’s are hard to read. Everything else is very clear in my Reverb G1. Is there a particular setting to improve this? The MFD resolution you can set in the settings menu seems to have no influence in VR.

      Try textures high? Maybe the setting to turn resolution to 1024 every frame for the cockpit? Only two I can think of.

    Good news, more features coming. I have a suggestion though, could you guys make the tanker lights repeater like what we have with the Supercarrier ball on final? Really difficult to see those lights when getting gas in the Viper and Eagle.

      @@RogueSpecterGamingOfficial of course. Not easy, but still possible. On a 1080 monitor or in VR, at least with my setup, it is impossible.

      @@CakePrincessCelestiaI got a Quest 2, an RX470 and an i7 2600k. I'm willing to bet your resolution is better than mine, lol. But you're absolutely right. In fact, even on flat screen 1080, you have to zoom in to see them properly.

      A device used for advanced SEAD/DEAD operations.

      @@Timelessplays Harm Targeting System. Uses the HSD and a specialized pod to correlate radar threats which allows them to be selected on the fly from a bank much like TOO mode in the hornet. This a very crude description but it’s another supportive tool to add more versatility when carrying out SEAD missions.

      ​@Steve Gentile At idle, you hear a general whine from the engine, the sound of the cockpit air conditioner, the gentle thuds of the radar as it traverses to its limits, and similar muted thuds from the flight controls when they are cycled. On takeoff and thereafter you hear a louder engine whine, louder ECS as the bypass pressure increases, and the rumble of airflow as it builds. In flight, disrupted airflow is loud (I think that DCS does a really good job of this), and when you fly close formation aft of your flight lead, you can very clearly hear the roar of his/her exhaust.

      Negatory, range inside the circle, bearing below it. It sounds strange but only two digits inside the circle, so bearing wouldn't work there.

    Can anyone explain what an bullseye is? This, as I understand it, is the priority point of attack, where is the enemy likely to be?
    Or is it a simple point of interest, for example, the starting point from which you start attacking the target.
    Or is it a collection point?
    Explain to the stupid Russian xD
