The Aether dev works at Mojang and your community's really enjoyed harrassing and insulting him when he said what he did now was different. Orespawn is a mod well known for being cluttered and adding nothing of value. And Pixelmon is a Pokemon mod with nothing to do with the base game besides the artstyle.
@@othlas First of all the chat reporting thing barely amounted to anything. And the eula stuff was the exact same as before just with different wording. Now second of all I will bring up this post I have.
99% mods in question are complete buggy messes and aren't even playable half the time. They don't make it on two separate code basis. They don't need to care about bugs. They don't need to put any quality control into it. They don't need to go through any design or iteration. They don't need to connect it with the rest of the game. They don't need to make it actually fit in with the artsyle. They don't need to listen to any community feedback while they add them. And most of all, they don't need to care about what they add upsetting any part of the community. And that's not even going into everything I could list.
And the whole "not adding what people asked for" part is a lie. People requested things like Armor Trims, Cherry Groves, new uses for old blocks, Archaeology, Autocrafting, More copper uses and more into the game for years. The whole community wanted an update that added more challenges into the game and now you have that.
Ehhh, the Orespawn guy fell off the deep end mentally last time I heard.
