Not gonna lie, as an Argentinian I have not seen or felt a largest portrayal of the ongoing situation on our country. Big corporate rallying behind a messianic leader whose hate of the opposition has blinded them after years of media being bought by those same companies. Society has been split in half and where there used to be solidarity with the unlucky, there is now hate and disdain towards the poor from even people in the same economic state, as they believe they are actually pursuing the "righteous path of liberalism". I can only thank you for such a good video, and hope that one day you will make a video for "give and take" and the 3rd part. Some hope would be nice these days
I appreciate the comment and hearing another perspective
I do plan on making one for "Give and Take" but it'll take a while
i've always thought of it as a dystopian world where machines have taken over but this is good
Considering the neat album cover of the original song, I can't blame you
Me to, but this imagining of the song was very good
"The machine" is society and community
when ever the phrase The Machine comes up its talking about the elites who are in control of everything
That's a beauty of good lyrics, they fit many ideas.
I always saw it as the song sung by the devil as he tempted humanity.
This needs a live action music video, the way you showed all the sick things without actually illustrating them but by alluding to them, a 10/10 in my opinion
The most telling image for me is 2:40. I don't know why but it feels chillingly accurate to what's going on today. I also like the use of the blindfold to symbolize "the blinded" or those that can't see what's really going on even if it's right in front of them.
Its people choosing a side they believe is right because their prefered political party or company said so. We need people who will look at both sides and decide which one they agree with more. Of course not everything is black and white. Everything is shades of gray. With both sides doing good things and bad things. Yet they like to tell people that the other side is bad while they are the good guys. While sliding all their transgressions under the carpet.
It shows the true enemy yet we fight each other
Same comrades! 🚩🚩🚩🔨
(im actually a communist tho 💀)
@@Schwerple not everything is a shade of gray. There is some black and white things. And those are objective facts.

@stargazer-elite is very true. But most of the time. Things are better to look through a gray lense rather than ones that's black or white
what i love about their music is how each one seems to transport you to a reality of their world whenever real or not
I appreciate how the Cross has a bull behind it, it’s very clever imagery, showing how corrupted different parts of the church have been, and how, instead of worshiping God, they are worshiping their own idols.
And priests sometimes using religion as a way to line their own pockets

Holy crap this is POWERFUL. The colour contrast is amazingly executed and the scenery is so moving. 10/10
love the imagery of the rich person putting on a pin of the guitar, not a representation of what the singer actually believes, but instead just the most outwardly visible aspect that doesn't actually mean anything on its own
2:31 this goes so hard im gonna make it my desktop wallpaper
This is exactly how I envisioned "Feed The Machine" best animation I've seen for this masterpiece of a song amazing job please make more!
I've watched this probably 15 times already, this is SO good! The second chorus's animation is just pure perfection.
honestly poor man's poison is one of my favourite bands and criminally underrated
This needs to go viral if it hasn't already. This video is too good and too important for it to be forgotten and silenced.
What a good song for a revolution
Nah fr
Perfect song to start a rebellion against the creators of a block game
WE DESERVE ALL 3!!!
I love the way this is animated, and the way every color has a meaning
the poor parent begging for money on the street with their baby only to be neglected and denied help from the system, having to resort to steeling to support them and their child, only to be arrested and punished by the system that caused them to take that path is the thing that gets me about this
It's... yeah
Thank you for commenting and pointing out this detail :)
A sad one, but made slightly lighter that it's seen
I would literally die for you; I haven't seen political commentary like this at this high a caliber in a good long ever, and I respect the shit out of you for it.

A great animation depicting the side of the story that is often hidden from the public view. Great work man! Hope the other two songs that continue this story, Give and Take and Let's Go!, could also be animated and showed in your style.
Absolutely love the interqction between the business man and the guitar player. It really gets across the message that, whatever you do *theyre* in charge
I love how people discovered this masterpiece of a song through a freaking Minecraft Revolution. 💀💀
Edit: Breath taking animation video btw! Glad it’s getting noticed!
Hey Sky! This is the closet gremlin from Robotics, I most certainly did not expect to see any of your work in my recommended but here we are. This is absolutely amazing. I love Poor Man’s Poison and seeing this put into animation was just incredible. I honestly struggle with discerning which scenes are 2d, and which scenes are 3d cell shaded. Absolutely amazing work and your blender skills will only improve.
Thank you! :D
I remember you, and it's a nice surprise to see your comment. I hope you've been doing well
(Also, I've played a bit of Iron Harvest since we last spoke. It was neat!)
I love this video for so many reasons, the symbolism is really good
2:58 you don't know the pain you have caused through ignorance and blind belief until it is too late to turn back, heal, and start over.
The touch is so good.
Too sad it's too true...
The most brutally acurate depiction of this worlds state (and if we're being hoenst, America mainly) I've seen in a damn long time. Keep up the good work!

WOW! First of all, I must say that the animation was amazingly powerful. I really liked the way you presented the symbolic meanings of the words, the characters (i mean, that one with the guitar? Genius.), the expressions, and generally, the terribly powerful meaning of this song. And the way that the government man choked the guy with the guitar was also Sophisticated and creative. But i (and take it as a personal opinion only,) still think that the meaning of the song is talking about the totalitarian regimes. Nvm. You are amazing! Loved to see that! ❤
HOLY SHIT. this has to be the most well made poor mans poison fan animation (honestly) and i love it. feed the machine has needed a porper video for a long time, and this hits the god damm point, not close not spot on, hits. the. point. this is fucking perfect, and like holy, the gunshot to the head as the ending gave me chills.
I have an ACT test today and decided to listen to this to prepare as it's the best song and animation I could think of while trying to relax (Yes I get relaxed watching an animation talking about life's problems for some reason?). Probably not going to be a good day for me, but I hope your day is better than mine. Feed The Machine=Pure Greatness.
United we stand, divided we fall.
So glad I found this in my recommendeds. It perfectly incapsulated the feeling and message of the song. Bravo
2:42 favorite shot of the entire video.
Same
They have control over everything they change and shift to fit the ideals of those they manipulate to get their money and to change the world to fit their own benefit
Glad someone gave this song the animatic it deserved
We really are all gonna die, nobody could remove their blindfolds in time.
Nah see the sequel
gosh this is so well maade !! hope it blows up
love that it perfectly ecapsulated the government's greed leaving a trail of blood and sadness, deffinly gotta sub now
I love it, how do you not have more subs, another good song to animate would be hells coming with me
I agree that "Hell's Coming With Me," would be good with some animation to it. The idea I played with more was "Give and Take" since the story in the song kinda continues from this one
However, neither one reeaally hit the same emotional place that this did, so I don't think I'll animate it. At least not now
@skycrane5639 ok this animation is still great, and I'd love to see more animations in the future
BRO THIS IS INSANE! SO MUCH BETTER THAN I IMAGINED, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK DUDE
this is down right righteous, I absolutely love your animation visually seeing what these lyrics represent is eye opening I love the amount of hidden details you've added, it truly puts an aspect on how this world is now
On beat really well, great job dude
(I've added it to my 'plays on loop in my brain' playlist now)
I simply LOVE this animation, THE STORY WAS PERFECT AND THE DRAWINGS ARE AMAZING!
It would be cool to see the behind the scenes of some of the animation, You did a great job on this, I love how the simplicity of it along with the quality has intention behind it. It really is a piece of art, and I like you you used the animation to complement the music. Thank you for this.
this needs to be known
The image of the Wealthy playing golf as the world burns down around them goes incredibly hard
Hoo, that hits hard! Macabre, but not wrong either. The one that got me the most was at 2:40, the puppet strings made of money.
Thank you!
Also, bonus points for fancy word
my man I'm late to the party but this is SO GOOD. The imagery is just fantastic, some of the scenes are so chilling in such a way. Better known artists have tried to do the same and landed flat on their face, you come here and manage to do what many have failed to and absolutely succeed on so many levels
Thats deep
I never fully listened to the lyrics of this song....
Didn't felt like reaction to here at first, but after watching a few times now, its pretty cool made! Its easy to say what you mean with it + the song. The animation is very creatively made which I absolutely love and composition of every frame is amazing!
Gotta love how the rich person in the end just played golf knowing the world was burning down around him.
Artistry excellently done. Your perspective on this song is enlightening, I hadn't really thought about it in this sorta way, but it hooks you with its honesty about current events. Well done, I gotta show this to people
the animation goes so well with what the lyrics mean
great job
As much as I like identifying problems like these, it gets depressing quickly to talk about, really does. I like being able to move forward with a solution because I hate the feeling of not being able do anything. Give and Take usually is that solution to the problem Feed the Machine presents.
Part of moving forward is about identifying and seeing the problem
But I get it. It does hurt to see
@@The_SkyCrane That's true, 100%, I just need some kind of hope to motivate me, that's all.
1:31 i love this part because it shows the baby is still yellow and that its not society’s fault but some time along the way the government corrupts the people
I love the detail that the child that was blindfolded, his shirt grayed out as it was put on
wow, normally I never comment on things, but just wow
this is an absolutely incredible work, and you really deserve more recognition for this, great job 👍

I don't normally comment as well, so I appreciate that you did :)
This is AMAZING, I have shared this with so many of my friends how do you not have more subs?!
We may be damned but at least your here to make it more bearable
I like how this video actually captures what is most likely the correct meaning: we're all too busy blaming each other, too busy to the point where we ignore the people who are actually causing the problems.

@@Lemonzsz our perception of communism has mostly been showcased to us by the top capitalists, n its common knowledge that during the cold war, the states produced immense propaganda against communism. is it not basic human right and curiosity to question communist legitimacy?

Gotta say, this does make me want to do something about it, a lot.
A dark reality where money and depravity matters.
A world where the powerful create nightmares of society.
And everyday people live a life of misery and tragedy.

Such a message and so much meaning in one short video. VERY well done.
I usually don't like trying to interpret every single detail in most animation, but this one is different
I don't know how its possible for you to have less than one thousand subscribers this is a work of art.
You should do Give and Take next, because it is the sequel to this song. Please, i love the way this is animated and i would love to see your interpretation of Give and take by Poor man's poison

It would be impossible for world peace to happen.
@TaquarQAQtheSocialist it is likely impossible for world peace to happen within our lifetime, but I believe that someday we can all cooperate and start living on this earth together
I hope that one day we won't need to avoid conflict. Instead, we better understand how to resolve conflict. Through cooperation, through compromise, through communication, rather than through war
