You have the best BBQ channel on TH-cam. There are others that are in the upper tier to be sure. But you have a the widest range of recipes and proteins. You've said in the past that you're more or less self-taught (plus thanks TH-cam). Thank God it wasn't culinary school and you call yourself "Chef Bradley". Just creative cooking. My wishlist for the future: Replace the lead-in (annoying) and get into kamado grills, something that millions of us have.
Ihave got to try making those sausages, they look sooo good!
