      My apologies! I'm still learning how to make recipe videos. The good news is I'll make sure my forthcoming cake videos include a slice that shows the texture. Thank you for watching this video and leaving a VERY helpful comment!!

    Hi. Thank you so much for this recipe. I am making it right now. Just sifted flour and noticed that you didn't say anything about baking powder or soda. Wow. 🎶Never knew love like this before🎶🤭🤗

      I'm so nervous. EVERY TIME I make a cake or cookies from a TH-camr I mess it up. I tasted the batter and I must say it IS delicious. Round 33 minutes left.🤞🏾🤞🏾

      Hi Nata! You're welcome. Delighted to know you're baking one right now. No baking powder or baking soda in this "dense" pound cake. I hope you enjoy as much as we do.

      Baking is a creative process. Being nervous is understandable. Be proud of the fact that although you've messed up before, you're back at it again! Winners never, ever quit. We keep going until we achieve our goals. PERIOD! Prayerfully, from now on you won't be nervous and your cakes and cookies will turn out great.
      HELPFUL TIPS:
      Relax and read the recipe and the instructions before starting. Gather all the ingredients and place them on the kitchen counter. Take a deep breath. Think positive thoughts and enjoy the process. Please let me know how your pound cake turned out!

    I know the pound cake tin is heavy but if you can when putting the flour inside before pouring the cake mix in it helps if you tap the tin and move it around to even the flour out and help cover all areas.

    Madam what gram you used Cream cheese and Butter,?

    • @CornbreadMillionaireLifestyle
      @CornbreadMillionaireLifestyle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I used one 8 ounce (226 grams) package of full fat cream cheese and 1-1/4 cups unsalted butter which is the same as 2 sticks and 4 tablespoons.

      Alright now! I greatly appreciate a best friend who's bold enough to say they prayed... and mentioned the LORD and Jesus in a video. You did all of that!! Glory to God!! I'll scroll through your TH-cam channel to find the recipes... and for more fascinating info about your experience dancing with Janet Jackson. Thank you for the follow and for making me laugh out loud (a good thing)!! God bless both of us with GREAT success... in the Name of Jesus!!

      Yes, the batter was water because that's how it is. The good news is the pound cake turned out great. I've made this recipe several times. Always good! The full/printable recipe is available here: www.cornbreadmillionaire.com/homemade-cream-cheese-pound-cake

      I very my appreciate and thank you for watching the video and leaving helpful comments. Back when I made this video, I was just learning how to create and edit. Since then, I've done a lot of studying and applied the lessons. Delighted to let you know I will make an updated version SOON. In the new video, I will take the cake out of the pan. The batter in the video is exactly how it looks. The pound cake always turns out GREAT. Get the full recipe here... www.cornbreadmillionaire.com/homemade-cream-cheese-pound-cake

    First, I would like to give you a complement…you look so pretty! Now, you need to change the title of your video which is misleading because even though is homemade you still using a box cake! Darling, no self respect cook/baker will use box cake mix to make a homemade cake! Take care!!

    • @CornbreadMillionaireLifestyle
      @CornbreadMillionaireLifestyle  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for the compliment! This recipe video "Homemade "From Scratch" Cream Cheese Pound Cake is definitely made from scratch. The title is correct. Misleading viewers is not my style. I agree with you 100% that homemade does not include a boxed mix. However, there are millions who love using a boxed mix in my Cream Cheese Pound Cake (made with a boxed mix). Watch that video here... th-cam.com/video/G77B11b06lg/w-d-xo.html Happy Holidays!
