Hi Traya Health. You are bringing out amazingly informative health content.
Please bring some more content on Ayurveda & Mental health. I have been recently watching a channel, Dr. Aparna - Global Ayurveda & Psychotherapy. The content is really good. If you could bring in more about Ayurvedic-Psychotherapy. Our Ancient Indian Legacy that would be really exciting.
Keep Growing. Thanks.

I am in Sri Lanka. I have watched many videos of Dr. Anchal. I was able to choose the best products to use on my face because of your videos. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with us. Indian doctor's are really kind. Skin related doctor's in our country do not explain anything. Thank you very much❤❤❤

Hi ma'am. Great work. Thank you for getting such good content and doctors. But everyone talks more about acne and oily skin type. I have dry skin. Please can you create more content for dry skin.
Loved it❤
Nice to see Anchal maaam here
My skin is super oily in the summer and super dry in the winters 😢
Thank u so much. wonderful
Physician says get sun light to get vitamin D.. Dermat says to avoid sunlight and protect with sunscreen .. 😢
Morning sunlight is best for health. Just wear sunscreen n cover your face when u take sunlight for vit D
Well, you can take vit d3 supplement and use sunscreen. That way you won't be aging rapidly and also have sufficient vitamin d
Sunlight in the morning
Sunlight between 6-8 for Vit.D
For Vitamin D, expose to sunlight from 6am - 9am... The rest of the day avoid Sunlight and apply sunscreen.
Hello ma'm

#trayahealth thanks for inviting experts. Your programs are driving reforms through making people aware about health. In the current era Obesity is a growing pandemic in India. Obesity is an underrated issue and needs attention. I will request your team to invite Dr Manish Khaitan (Ahmedabad) to your Podcast. He is a Bariatric surgeon. He is treating Obesity in India. He is a Pioneer in the field of Obesity treatment.
Dr. Rashmi shetty says no to two fingers application of sunscreen.. as indian skin doesn't need so much...
Very nice 👌 information
I have skin tags under my eyes, a whole line 😢 my glucose is 75 only! Not obese either
Check your Ldh
I hope somebody asked the doc wether she is 100 percent sure that every ingredients in sunscreens and moisturizer she suggest will not cause any long term harm as they all get absorbed into our blood stream on daily basis.
Consultation of dermatologist is required
16:43 it's just Niacinamide, not Niacinamide acid. Editor should've observed it
Not a word on food and nutrition..hydration etc for glowing and healthy skin..
How tu send you questions nd how do we know who's coming according to which we have to send the qyestions
If you visit dermatologists, they proscribed lots of medicine and cream for 3 month , after 3 month same problem is visible. ... Plus your kidneys liver also damage. .. Only Skin is better if you focus on internal problem. ..
You are right.i'm also experiance same thing.after treatment skin problem came back 😊
thanks

Hi
Pls tell which hyauloronic acid good...safe. Pls tell
All huyloronic acide is safe but if your skin is new means you never apply any kind of chemical in your skin then you have to strated with low percentage like 2 percent.
Sunscreens are filled with chemicals that are not good for you. Which one do you recommend that has healthy ingredients?
Beauty of Joeson
missed routine for night for combination skin????
Pls also invite dr garekars too
Didn't discuss about Acne 😞
Can I get video appointment with dr Archana
In other podcast Rashmi shetty a famous dermatologist said dt hyaluronic acid should not be used on dry skin, and you r saying reverse.whom should we believe in???does really these all things r necessary on skin???can't we live just like that????
Actually. We need to understand our skin. My skin used to be dry flaky and small red bumps would appear on my skin which i thought were acne and I was getting treatment about it. Besides using hyaluronic acid was not doing anything to my dry skin which was always irritated and itchy. For years I suffered from this. This dryness was making me mad. And then i came across a video in which it was mentioned that such condition can be because of the dandruff that has spread to your face. After using anti dandruff shampoo to wash my face and just moisturize it afterwards. My skin was back to normal in a week. So yeah we don't need many products. Skin care is minimal. Moisturizer and sunscreen and a basic gentle cleanser is all you need
On damp skin use hyaluronic acid,it's a moisture water based
Need english subtitles
Thanks
Skin color can't be changed, then how Kajol changed hers??
Iv glutathione can change but only 2 - 3 shades lighter.. but it is temporary.. u have to get iv every 4 months
What should done for tanning
chemical Exfoliate in your skin twice in a month and use suncreen and minimum sun exposure.
not all doctors are willing to explain the root cause thats the real problem . I have visited may dermatologists and they never tried to understand the root cause and give an explanation!
