I'm a 27 year old Indian woman, and my Dad is 66-year old. My Dad has retired from Steel Authority of India after working there for 35 years. I am a moderately active person but my Dad does 1 hour of workout which includes push-ups, sqauts, and lunges everyday for 5 days in a week. He has never used anything on his face except face wash, sunscreen, and aloe vera gel throughout the year. Both me, and my Dad looks younger than our real age. I look like 23-25 years old, and Dad looks like a 58-60 years old person. So, please drink at 2-3 litres of water everyday, and workout for at least 30 minutes a day. Everything else about health will be fine with by following this simple technique.
If anything to go by your photo, you look atleast 30+. But good you look younger to yourself. Point is it’s not that simple. There are a lot of factors which come into play when it comes to aging. Genetics along with your lifestyle definitely matters. Some have to work way harder to achieve the same result as compared to few others. You need to educate yourself more :)
Also need carbon filter water, exercise equipment, steam room, suana room, niviea lotion, retinol cream, testosterone booster, play sports, eat healthy, drink water, take protein shake, fish oil, multivitamins, magnesium, collegan, c-60 and other things...
My mom is 48, she has only used boroline throughout her life and if i take out last six months ( i got her into tretinoin - her skin has been glowing more ) - she has always looked 10-15 years younger than her age. So is my maternal grandma, she is 78 but looks like she is in her 50s. Aging is based on genetics. There is a limit to such procedures. I think people should accept the natural way of aging while keeping the diet healthy and a simple, effective skincare.
100% agree these fake narratives of skin therapy and top of that these gloating egoistic self proclaimed beautician under the knife 🔪 don't have a clue or Iq of gracefully ageing concept of acceptance. One should have humility towards life to accept the reality and gracefully bow down to natural way of ageing.
Why to look young , we need to question that belief … young youth is associated with energy, productivity , good looks etc. But are these cosmetic surgeries giving all that or just good looks… Obsession with good looks is actually an insecurity of aging we are trying to hide , but aging will happen . Outside we may do anything, but how are we going to keep heart, lungs, kidney, liver, brain young always, most of old age death that don’t happen due to prolonged illness or accidents , happen due to weakness of internal organs. That will happen so better accept it.
Bhai mushki hai. Aging affect everyone. Majority of so called actors, influencer males on t cell therapy and females they all kitchen sink approach for their beauty.
Please wear sunscreen everyday(reapply), moisturize your skin, drink enough water, get regular workouts, eat balanced meals and get proper sleep. This will do more for your skin than procedures ever will. If you want to take it up a notch, get a proper skincare routine with Retinaldehyde, salicylic acid, antioxidants and so forth. If you can afford it, you can also get a personal dietician and trainer to keep you on track. Lasers, peels, microneedling, glutathione etc. aren't necessarily required unless you are treating something severe.
Ohhh okay, so this is how they convince people to do cosmetic surgery.... Ranveer, don't compare lasik eye surgery with plastic surgery...doing something for convenience is different than doing something for aesthetics .

It takes time to see beauty within. One has to invest certain period of time to get see that beauty. Instead just work on ticking all the beauty standards a society has then right away people start opening up to you, one never needs to work hard on making an impression.
Dr. Rashmi transformed me way back in 2003 at her Bandra clinic. Just before my wedding she helped me with my acne scar, earned through my school life. She's smart, caring and a wonderful derma, from my experience ❤. I have a fond memory.
I get how she finds importance in what she does, but that's what we all (including most criminals) do. I know one person can not change the world, but we have to become a society where people don't feel pressured for looking the way they do. That needs a social transformation, not the one where the society changes for you, but the one where everyone stops seeking external validation.
1. People need to work on self confidence and acceptance. 2. Aging naturally is beautiful, why so much of stigma around wrinkles. 3. Eat healthy food, do yoga meditation or workout. 4. Ignore marketing people manipulating and advising you for going against the nature. 5. Embrace every change in life as you get old. Because life is damn beautiful only when you see it that way. “You might have 100s of reason to be sad, but 1000s of them to be happy” quality of life depends on which are you concentrating is it 100 sad ones or 1000 happy ones.
My mom is 74 and i am 46, she still looks much better than me.... sometimes even looks like my younger sister!... the only thing she has ever done is in the name of skincare is bathing.... healthy diet, discipline, exercise and sound sleep are the things that are still keeping her glow
Sounds more like her genetics is good and maybe she didn't ruin her natural beauty with makeup and stuff while you probably had some sorta effect on your skin with makeup and stuff
If you are Indian, Latina or African, you are already genetically blessed. You have enough melanin in your skin to protect you from photo aging. You probably only have lifestyle problems you need to fix.
Yes having skincare is good thing, it boosts confidence, but is not necessary. its an individuals choice to follow a skincare routine/ procedure. If u r confident with what you look like u seriously dont need anything. But many people do follow a celeb, buy products to make themselves look good... It apparently helps them boost their confidence... Its no wrong. As they say, " Nobody is born ugly, we only live in a judgemental society"
All of these could be relevant and a blessing in fact for people suffering with disfigured skin/facial/body features, either by birth or accident. For all other practical purposes, Michael Jackson('s face) was the most notorious example!! Eye surgery most definitely isn't a topic of cosmetics!
It's sad how that hindi speaking lady's self worth was so tied to her looks. I think those who leave in tears would find more genuine happiness on consulting a good mental health professional.
Being obsessed with vanity hasn’t ended up good for anyone but people in the cosmetic industry. The goal is to seek substance in life so when the first wrinkle show up or when you notice that your cheeks are more droopy than ever… you world doesn’t come crashing down.

And honestly even if i did i would be okay with it aging is natural no shame embracing it 😊
I agree with you. The more chemical laden products we use the older we look. In the olden days ladies just used ghar ke nuskhe with naturally available kitchen products and looked just fine. Cosmetic products are ruining skins before time.

She doesn’t look so good herself, very sorry to say that. Her skin looks ‘tired’ and has no glow. My 2 cents to anyone watching… if you don’t want to get all these procedures that she’s suggesting or simply can’t afford them then do at least 2 things for your skin. Make sure it’s always cleaned of the daily dirt and grime. But more importantly don’t ever use commercial soap on your face. Commercial soap is just mild detergent and full of chemicals. Chemicals in commercial soap cause allergies such as acne, breakouts and early wrinkles. Use completely natural organic chemical free soap on your face. Use only natural ingredient face packs regularly. You will see the difference. I make my own soap and supply to very upscale clients in USA. trust me it’s life changing.
Can you please tell your procedure? I am in the process of finding recipes for making products at home to avoid industrial chemicals and reduce plastic usage at least to the extent i can.
If you ask me it’s a personal choice whether they would like to go ahead with a cosmetic procedure or not. I am a 31F I’ve done babytox and biosimulators and my skin has never been better! I don’t push it to anyone, but whoever can and have an inclination towards it, they should. As Ranveer said, initially even I would judge and talk people out of it, but now that I have seen the results, my outlook has changed. I don’t believe in anti-aging, I believe in aging gracefully; if this makes any sense
All the great folks giving gyaan in here about living natural, embracing the aging process and doinv yoga. Good for you. Aging has financial and psychological implications. Ppl in the visual media get mercilessly trolled and lose employment for looking old. Calling someone Buddha and buddhi is considered an insult. Not to mention extreme peer pressure to look youthful. All of this is happening around you all the time. If genetics work for you ,great. Yoga works for you great. You have had a stellar childhood with zero insecurities, great. Not everyone lives that way. I agree one cannot keep catching up with the aging process ,it will still show but I wont judge folks who can afford and opt for such treatments. Its one thing to sit and act pious and another to constantly face comments and insults.
Use unboiled milk for cleansing(lactic acid) rice water for toning , aloe vera gel and pinds cold creamwith viatmin e for night and sunscreen for day .
with all due respect, stop these non-sense reasons. You are just a confident person who is selling herself. Talk about something that adds value to life and not this shit.
I'm not against cosmetic surgery... It is an art, skill But some lines in matrimonial ads are funny... Highly educated man... 45 years but looks 25...age, dowry, caste... No bar... Trying to incorporate these details in aadhar cards😂😂😂
Its cute of Ranveer to see the positives in her when her own daughter has contempt for her appearance.. Btw her daughter cn visit South Korea so that she face her own kind given she has so much disgust for how her Mom looks
I don't agree wth her point....that we all need to look younger....it's a trap....ageing is a natural process and truth...we need to accept this....she is doing her business....
@@manjupandey3548lol. So True 👍 selling her products, her high end skincare treatments and attracting more customers so she can earn more money. I was watching the other videos of this podcasts where she was talking about skincare and trying to understand and make sense of it but when I saw this video it just made me like 😮 - sorry she is more of an fix skin issues by Botox, needles, machines kind off doctor (quick result) without talking about the side effects. There is a difference in Bollywood actress & other actors from other countries..."They age gracefully" look at Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts or anyone for eg they carry der aging so naturally and beautifully. Never shy to make der wrinkles or crow eyes visible even in award functions.
I am getting little anxious after watching this video, Because whenever I have taken treatment from wellknown dermatologist, they treated me very temporary basis. I still don't know which dermatologist to trust and how much it will cost me!!
I don’t think this doctor does those treatments the way her skin looks. She might know the side effects of those chemicals. Some might need only counselling to accept age and grow gracefully not treatments.
Melasma evening out the skin tone. Biostimulator, Hyaluronic acid injection. Ulltherapy? Doctor you look so good. I like your skin tone, no dark shadows around the lips and sides of the face. Want to know how you get such a beautiful skin tone. Want to see your skin tone in Bollywood movies.
I have seen Monks, and yogis with years of sadhna looking every young. So what she is saying is for lazy people like us who dontnwant to change our lifestyle.
I completely understand what she is saying... I am a confident and bold person but on days when I hv pimples or greasy hair, I don't feel good. Soo I can understand why people go for anti aging treatments. But along with it, people must accept their bodies as they age, it's ok to take some help but aging can be beautiful... Just go with it gracefully.
Its funny how people spreading gyan of ageing gracefully in comments! They are talking about actors in this and to look young is first priority for them ! If we want to age gracefully who is stopping!?
100 years back nobody knew about beauty standards no botox, fillers etc etc nd now jitna ye khud gyan dete h ki u're beautiful the way u're usse zyada they're not satisfied with their face this world is foooling you people wake up nd live simply like our mothers grandmothers lived their life.
Ok... Shilpa can spend a lot of money to look good. But what about Shamita? Actually 75% of their beauty basically depends on genes, life style and how healthy they are.

She is just selling her cosmetic procedures… btw she doesn’t look that great even after procedures done to herself.. one of my aunts in her 70s has perfectly glowing skin with very few wrinkles & she appears to be 40.. she just washes her face with cold water daily & uses ponds cream & eats a healthy nutritious diet
people need to stop commenting on others look. i have a friend who stays at home , does not go to work. once husband goes to work puts mehandi on head , bleach on face etc. and then facebook talks about inner glow etc. she was also suspended in school as she fought with another girl and bit her :-D
Believe me a lot of paid comments are here in comment section. What she is saying about aging gracefully is all bullshit. Aging gracefully is accepting the nature. live discipline life with a lot of healthy foods and exercise. That’s what you all need to do to age gracefully.
Good sales pitch. Some Bollywood obsessed will buy this as well. But please people, understand the nature. A 50 years old looking like 50 is not a bad thing. I could finish watching it because I could not take that accent anymore.
Only rich people can afford these treatments isn’t it? Indirectly we are damaging mental health of the society because if we don’t have money we don’t look good and we have to constantly live in that comparison we are putting the youngsters in depression if they are unable to achieve these things in life what a sad reality

You missed the MOST important thing which is sun protection
Because they are lively.
Anybody with the pure heart looks awesomly gracious forever
If you ask me it’s a personal choice whether they would like to go ahead with a cosmetic procedure or not. I am a 31F I’ve done babytox and biosimulators and my skin has never been better! I don’t push it to anyone, but whoever can and have an inclination towards it, they should. As Ranveer said, initially even I would judge and talk people out of it, but now that I have seen the results, my outlook has changed.
I don’t believe in anti-aging, I believe in aging gracefully; if this makes any sense
How much altherapy
Every year she does that bla bla to her skin but still, she couldn't prevent herself from those wrinkles on her face.
Hahaha right aur sabko gyan de rahi hai k yeh sab karo toh age gracefully hoge 😂
Very true she looks much older then fifty she claims
@@sharanlibra6167Actually 😂
Ranveer looking mega stressed.
No Celebrity will ever advertise the Actual product that they are using. They Use something else and advertise something else. This is Reality.
Bloody hell how well spoken is she..confidence and conviction oozing out of her 👏 😊loved your way of explanation mam!!
you are right
Totally fake confidence and she is selling a dream to people. The way she talks is arrogance non respect for common person.
Are you mad 😂paid?
@@Miio60haha no bro 😂 just a communication trainer myself 😅😅
Best example is Kajol. Look her how she has transformed from Baazigar 😊😊
Got a feeling that almost every actor goes for the treatment/surgery. While someone's face reveals everything while others hide it pretty well.
Wow. Simple and affordable. This is what we need. Thanks❤.
Forget young.. tell us how kajol became fair
😂😂 Rekha as well! I love Rekha but don't understand what is with all that heavy make up😅
So funny
True 😂
Eat well, sleep well and exercise appropriately. You will look younger. Be happy. Drink water. This topic today is just nonsense.
Well said!
No. Not so easy.
How old are you?!
with all due respect, stop these non-sense reasons. You are just a confident person who is selling herself. Talk about something that adds value to life and not this shit.
My mom is the most gorgeous 73 yr old with wrinkles and naturally silver hair..
I'm not against cosmetic surgery... It is an art, skill
But some lines in matrimonial ads are funny...
That's how Shilpa Shetty can afford a Sunday binging.
Very true
I don't agree wth her point....that we all need to look younger....it's a trap....ageing is a natural process and truth...we need to accept this....she is doing her business....
My problem is, why does this woman not want to look her age?! What's the obsession with looking young all the time? Aging is a luxury!
Because some people need validation
i am impressed by how well-spoken Dr Rashmi is. Man, doctors are soo well-spoken.
This is what all she wanted....
Just like a salesman
@@manjupandey3548 right 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@manjupandey3548lol. So True 👍 selling her products, her high end skincare treatments and attracting more customers so she can earn more money. She's still got puffy eyes and her under eye shows her right age, these treatments may help you look good initially but then as you age, they start showing their negative effects not just on the skin but also over all health.
What’s wrong in aging it is natural can’t stay young forever …, why don’t people get it … all actresses look plastic and same to me
I was watching the other videos of this podcasts where she was talking about skincare and trying to understand and make sense of it but when I saw this video it just made me like 😮 - sorry she is more of an fix skin issues by Botox, needles, machines kind off doctor (quick result) without talking about the side effects. And all these actors actresses end up looking much more older than a normal person of the same age due to side effects. She I Not wasting my time watching any more of her videos.
There is a difference in Bollywood actress & other actors from other countries..."They age gracefully" look at Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts or anyone for eg they carry der aging so naturally and beautifully. Never shy to make der wrinkles or crow eyes visible even in award functions.
You know no idea how many treatments Hollywood stars undergo
Yes! More to doctors getting the spotlight ❤
Ranveer, please ask Dr.Shetty how to treat hyperpigmentation and melasma? Thank you in advance.
True
On one side you say Self love. Now you say do plastic surgery …..hypocrisy
Aging gracefully absolutely means aging without "getting things done"!!!!
Western plastic surgeons don’t recommend fillers anymore cause it’s not good for your health. Fillers are in the past.
I wonder agar ye Doctor apni real life mei bhi aise hi baat karti hongi 😂
Lol
🤣🤣
Real example.... Dr. Madam.... You look young....❤❤❤❤
In this 12 minute video she has not given a single straight answer..
Gracefully age...
I had same specs issue after removing specs..... It was blessing...
His facial expression says it all
A person with beautiful heart is most beautiful person of the world
Melasma evening out the skin tone. Biostimulator, Hyaluronic acid injection. Ulltherapy? Doctor you look so good. I like your skin tone, no dark shadows around the lips and sides of the face. Want to know how you get such a beautiful skin tone. Want to see your skin tone in Bollywood movies.
WHAT!! She is 50 year old? I thought late 30s or early 40s !!
🤣
She's a dermat, they do things too😢
MAKEUP HELPS BIT
@@vishalfgm make up doesn't reduce age !
@@anitakumari1592 wow!😊
In their industry its really really needed. These days atleast.
She is 50 years old!
She never looked like South Indian
Its funny how people spreading gyan of ageing gracefully in comments! They are talking about actors in this and to look young is first priority for them ! If we want to age gracefully who is stopping!?
death becomes her. Ask the doc to watch this movie.
That’s one of my favourite movies.
She looks around 45
Ranveer's expression had me rolling 😂😂
Much needed piece of information. seriously!
Ok... Shilpa can spend a lot of money to look good. But what about Shamita? Actually 75% of their beauty basically depends on genes, life style and how healthy they are.
I have also been doing lymphatic drainage for a year. I don't see any difference yet
What tf is even that?😂😂
Try body tapping. It'll help
Vlcc??
Age gracefully doesn't mean we need to do such expensive therapy.Common people can't afford it.
Why to look young , we need to question that belief … young youth is associated with energy, productivity , good looks etc.
But are these cosmetic surgeries giving all that or just good looks…
Obsession with good looks is actually an insecurity of aging we are trying to hide , but aging will happen . Outside we may do anything, but how are we going to keep heart, lungs, kidney, liver, brain young always, most of old age death that don’t happen due to prolonged illness or accidents , happen due to weakness of internal organs. That will happen so better accept it.
this❤
@@pratyashakashyap7463 iam 25 i look young just like srk in late 80s
thin body and baby face
This was so shitty..Like dude you can age naturally, you don’t need to get all these things done, to gain confidence
If some young people call you aunty they don't offend
I just love this typical south Indian English accent ❤😁
My GP here in AKL, NZ speaks just like this doctor. She too is from South India. A lovely kind hearted no nonsense lady.
😅😅😅
I felt the same
She did so many things on others but not on herself 😮
people need to stop commenting on others look. i have a friend who stays at home , does not go to work. once husband goes to work puts mehandi on head , bleach on face etc. and then facebook talks about inner glow etc. she was also suspended in school as she fought with another girl and bit her :-D
Believe me a lot of paid comments are here in comment section. What she is saying about aging gracefully is all bullshit. Aging gracefully is accepting the nature. live discipline life with a lot of healthy foods and exercise. That’s what you all need to do to age gracefully.
She don’t want to put heat to her hair. But when it comes to face it’s a different story!!!
Thank you for letting this secret out... but we need long video on this plz.... what all the B town does for skin 😊
Dermatology is really to be pursued... 👏👏👏👏👏11:49...
Try prevention instead of cure
