Vertical Design | Episode 7 of Blossoms and Bourbon

In this episode, learn the definition of a vertical floral design and how to create one! We use a warm sunset color palette of oranges, gold and yellow tones in the flowers. It’s a dramatic and very architectural style. We’ll also be tasting Redemption Bourbon, a fairly new arrival on the bourbon scene that has a heavy rye concentration for a bit of spiciness to it’s taste!

How much water foam did you use -- is it from bottom up? I'm a novice in flower arranging but I love doing arrangements each month for our 1st Saturday and 1st Sunday devotions at church. I get so much inspiration from you! God bless you more in sharing your talent and skills! ♥

Hi Alicia! The container I’m using here is filled with water soaked floral foam. I would need to add water to it to keep the flowers fresh. And based on its size, it is VERY heavy! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos and finding them helpful! Please keep watching. I appreciate it so much! 😊
