Marshall, I vote you the number one spokesperson for the flashlight industry. What a compendium of flashlight reviews. I'm glad I live 1,075.8 miles from your store and it would take me 17 hours and 43 minutes to drive to your store otherwise I'd be there every day!
I wanted to buy the xml-u2 version of this light from you guys but it was out of stock unfortunately. Thanks by the way for all the review videos, I appreciate it.
Your neighbors must be getting more annoyed each time a manufacturer puts out an even more powerful flashlight that you're gonna test during the night :P Very nice, thanks for the information.
I have the TK70 And I really like it. Ok its a larger light but the light is great. Does perform better that advertized. It has been measuder to put out over the promissed 2200lumens. A Finnish flashlight site measured it at 2400 lumen out the front. I use 4 8000mAh D-cells and they run the turbo mode 2h30min. Im thinking of getting some 10000mAh d-cells NiMH batteries. It takes quite a long time before it reduces power, depends on the ambient tempeture.
I'm looking for a really floody light but one that still uses AA batteries. So I watched this video and then went back to your TK45 video. Is it just me or the latter is MUCH floodier than the new Fenix ?!?! It looks like there isn't anything on the market that is floodier than the TK45 and still uses AA batteries, is there? Thanks for the helpful videos, Marshal
i brought this....mann...its amazing..i do security....and im up in the mountains some day with other guards....n trust me...they all love it......makes u feel kinda good lol...but amazing 4 levels of power.....and the strobe n s.o.s is great....love every bit of it
@goingprepared I have a question. Are the bodies of the TK41 and TK50 different? I know they use different batteries so I would assume they are. The TK50 seems thinner and looks like it would feel better in hand. Overall though I like the emitter and specs of the TK41 better. I guess you can't have the *perfect* flashlight. :)
If you are hiking or walking with light on low and you double click power will it go right to high strobe? Or is the strobe at whatever brightness you have the light currently set?
Can you do a review on the olight Olight T10-T XPG-R5 thats what i narrowed it down to i came to this product off your website with your great advice. ;)
@ClownFish801 I have a Quark AA2 XP-G S2 that takes 2 AA batteries and it has a very nice amount of light. It's a good quality starter flashlight that's about $60 and has 180 or so ANSI lumens. It is brighter than my Fenix LD 20 premium R4 which was advertised as 215 lumens not on the ANSI scale. Fenix LD 20 R5 has 180 lumens.. that's similar to the Quark AA2. Both good AA cell starter lights.
Hey I'm interested in order this from you website......this can take aa rechargeables batteries?also interested in the olight sr90 or sr92 but not sure about olight or Fenix tk70 how long the Fenix tk70 run in turbo in 4 rechargeable do batteries
Love all these vids. I have a TK45 which I think is great and I was wondering in your TK45 vid like this one are you using the same camera and white balance? Basically I'm wondering if the vids are comparable to eack other. watch?v=c7k_VGme5PM# Thanks and great vids.
My question is: why doesn't the guys on "Mountain Monsters' or "Alaska Monsters" use these kind of powerful flashlights to show us the Bigfoot or any of the other monsters, that are usually 40 to 70 yards away, instead of showing us some kind of crappy red spot from a 2 to 3 thousand dollar FLIR. Someone please explain! LOL

Actually Fenix now makes a 500 lumen LD41 which is similar in size and shape to the tk35. It uses 4aa batteries and it all aluminum. Pretty sweet.
Marshal, you've been on a roll here with all the new vids! Keep it up!
BTW, when is the 4Sevens X-10 coming out?

@goingprepared --- what I was asking are the body tubes the same diameter in the TK41 and TK50.
@goingprepared ya energizer aa lithiums. i seen somewhere that it can take them.

This light is still relevant in 2024. With 60k Candella. Impressive.

I guess you can't have the *perfect* flashlight. :)
The case, does it in any way scratch the light after regular use?
One more question can you do a review on the JetBeam BC40 you have the best reviews! :)
i have a doubt between the BC40 and this TK41 , which one is better, i think the TK41 it's heavier and more expensive.
Thanks.
If you are hiking or walking with light on low and you double click power will it go right to high strobe? Or is the strobe at whatever brightness you have the light currently set?
Will it run on only 4 AA's like the TK40? and is fenis the only Co. that makes a thrower on AA's?
I am really into flashlights but new to the hobby do you have a good flashlight for under $100 with a good beam quality and distance?
is this the brightest aa light on the market?
Did you notice that the TK-41 is brighter than the TK-45 (advertised as ~50 more lumens)?
Bro Where can I find obe like this version.... been looking for it for ages..
which one throws better and has better battery life?
Can you do a review on the olight Olight T10-T XPG-R5 thats what i narrowed it down to i came to this product off your website with your great advice. ;)
With High, do you mean the 335 lumens? or the turbo at 800 lumens?

Hey marshall..quick question...does the brighness level lower as the batteries get lower on the tk41?
@goingprepared how many times brighter than a mag lite
Hey I'm interested in order this from you website......this can take aa rechargeables batteries?also interested in the olight sr90 or sr92 but not sure about olight or Fenix tk70 how long the Fenix tk70 run in turbo in 4 rechargeable do batteries
@goingprepared What trows better this or the BC40? Please answer.
does the maglite have a deeper reflector than the tk41?
It's $20 worth of high quality AA NiMH eneloops. They can be recharged 1500 times.
Last Question I go camping and backpacking a lot and i want a small light that has more of a spill and in under $100. :) Thanks
@Marshal
what charger do you recommend for eneloop batteries for this light on your website?
@ClownFish801 Get a LD20..... Still THE best 2aa light available in my opinion. Or you could get a E21 neutral which is also good and runs on 2aa's.
is too bad u dont have a video of the olight i wanna see the bat carrier
can it handle aa lithium batteries?
I've bought all my lights from you but recently had to but eneloops somewhere else. Why don't you sell eneloops? You just used some in this video.
Missing turbo on your output beam shots.
Love all these vids. I have a TK45 which I think is great and I was wondering in your TK45 vid like this one are you using the same camera and white balance? Basically I'm wondering if the vids are comparable to eack other. watch?v=c7k_VGme5PM# Thanks and great vids.
That's to bad, I didn't want to go somewhere else. All these new videos and no Argo!
Wow that's a shit ton of batteries. Like a portable radio or something. Great power though.
i wish the battery carrier was aluminum

a video camera doesn't do any kind of light any justice whatsoever; not even sunlight.
