Wing Foil : Dont trust the weather forecast.

The weather forecast promised me between 17 and 29 Knot, it turns out to be only 13 Knot. Despite the great disappointing, I did all right.

I would have difficulty getting up in 13 knots too. Anytime in the water is good. You look much more comfortable and in control.
