The way Keith Anderson brought this song home -- whoa!! This is one of my favorite songs from that first RH Factor CD, and this live rendition sounds amazing.
I'm from Dallas and I met Roy when i was an 8th grader. Been a fan ever since.I use to try to play his version of September in the rain. My favorite albums are Family, Tenor of our times and the RH factor.
RIP to the 🐐🎺 I was actually at this particular show at the North Sea Jazz Festival in The Hague, Netherlands. Hands down one of the best shows I've been to.
At 4.00 Is Starting the best moment of the sound I think, Totaly Mastered The Instrument , Nice saxophone solo Play, And also a beautiful lovely song , from that nice artist, Very good player
I hear a lot of Kirk Whalum in Keith's playing. Most times to me, he seems like the perfect middle ground of my two favorite sax players: Brecker and Kenny Garrett- but the cool thing is that he still has his own voice.
Does anyone know where I can get this live recording of this song where at the end Roy plays a Jay Dilla melody as they are encoring? Man this was on youtube and they took it down. I stll practice this song on the horn and I would like to get it!
Guys, I need help finding this song's live performance in Jazz Baltica. I watched it long ago. I couldn't find it on Google, TH-cam, & Facebook after months of searching. Please help me 😭😭

I went to high school with Roy's brother, Brian Hargrove. He's on his way to being just as cold as Roy.

Thank you for putting all of this together Roy. You are my favorite contemporary.
It good to see that he has some of the fellow "SOULTRONICS" playing in his band.
