Rich I gotta applaud you for being you and sharing your findings as they are, not dressing it all up. But I gotta say, you get tired from that food because your body is used to carbs and sugar mate. Even if you say other nights you eat healthy, it doesn't matter man, as on those junk food nights you get a confirmation that your body is in the mode that it's in. Just a word from a non doctor who is also a middle aged man, all the best dude
I did buy the Weatherteck window coverings built specifically for my 2014 Rav4. One of the better investments I've made! They definitely do, however, block EVERYTHING. So since you do like to be able to see, either they aren't for you, or you could possibly modify to your liking? At any rate, I am very satisfied with mine. Safe travels to you!
Thanks for sharing! That's great to hear. They do look like they are high quality. I have the Weathertech floor mats, and they are awesome, fit perfectly. I am still thinking about the blocking everything aspect---it would definitely make it nice and dark for sleeping. At any rate, thanks for watching and for commenting! Safe travels to you too!
Another endorsement for WeatherTek window coverings. Silver on one side and black on the other so you can use them in different weather and locations. They are worth the reasonable investment.
Do you crack the windows open, bit hard to only open a little bit with electric windows. Also, how do you go about brushing teeth, toileting and showering?
(i) Yes, I do crack the rear windows open a bit. My latest purchase was these rain guards for the rear windows to keep water out if it's raining (www.weathertech.com/honda/2017/cr-v/side-window-deflectors/). (ii) Regarding your other questions, I do not live in my car and generally do not sleep in it more than 3 nights in a row. I brush my teeth at either truck stop restrooms or just standing outside my car with a bottle of water. I use the restrooms at rest stops, truck stops, gas stations, restaurants, etc. And I generally wait to take a shower until I reach my destination (like somebody I'm visiting, hotel, park or camp area, etc.). I've considered using the showers at truck stops but haven't done it yet. Thanks again for watching!!
Can U show in a short vid what you do for your windows while U sleep? Like to have airflow but no rain or bugs. I see you have no weather shields. What do you personally do?
I have an eye mask, but I have never used it. I had pretty good window covers, but I like it so that no one can see in as much as keeping the light out.
Ack! Try eating high fat food instead. That always makes me feel satiated and tired. I think that is healthier than all those carbs...maybe decaf coffee with full fat cream. That's just me.... too many carbs makes me feeel achy.

In-channel window deflectors (note: must be in-channel), will allow for you to crack all four windows up to 0.75" even during a downpour.
Are those battery operated fans?
Yes, and he described them in another video he did.

Yes, high fat food works for me, too! Something with heavy cream sauce.😀 Thanks for watching and commenting!!
