I feel you! We’ve all been there. As I always say, Stick to the basics, Mow, Water, Fert! Depending on your region, you should be coming out of winter now so you can start with a spring treatment. White kikuyu is an indication of lack of nutrients or light, or at least accessible nutrients. You’ll need to start watering properly, then hit the kikuyu with a low mow, and then fert. Or, top dress with sifted topsoil that has some sifted compost or chicken manure in it at least. If you don’t do the basics, it will be difficult to pinpoint a problem. Have you perhaps kept up with mowing and watering over winter?
@@BackyardBushveld Thanks, I started noticing the yellowing last season already. I did do some guano boost and KAN towards mid November last year. It helped somewhat but not much. I did do a very low cut this week as I got spots of stupid Poa that’s not helping me 😊 I’ll get some compost and see if that helps. Thanks again for your guidance
100%! I fully believe autumn is our best lawn season. Summer just takes a lot of time and attention to keep things proper in warm season grasses case. Unless you’re using PGR which I haven’t been
Go Milo!!!
😂😂😂love and hate relationship with that boy
I honestly need some help..my lawn is yellow. I struggle to get it green. Even new sprouts are almost white in color. Any advice?
