I saw them right before they ended the band for good at Ozzfest 2000, and Phil was BEYOND wasted and he was pissing off the crowd by rambling incoherently between songs. I honestly felt bad for the other musicians on stage especially Vinnie and Darrell because those guys started this band in the first place. Pantera was my first concert January 30, 1997 in Denver, Colorado, life changing! Just an intense experience
I was a little late traffic was INSANE so thanks for posting this!!! What a show🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 Pantera and Metallica were amazing
Hey! do u remember at what time did Metallica hit the stage? Im going to see them in LA and want to have an estimated time, thank u!
@@luciachavez6150 They went on at 8:45PM
It sure was. Left at 4 got there 630 for a 45 min drive. Didnt get home till 3
Looks to me Pantera stole the show 😮😯 OHHHH
Let's see enter sand man or I'm broken 😆
I really don't care bands like Metallica Megadeth ECT should be greatfull Pantera disbanded cause if dime never died it be the other way around ...unforgiving or gate's 😆
Thank you so much for posting this.I really enjoyed watching it all.
Excited about official DVD of this epic show from both bands! Both are my favorite ever!!!
Wish Phil would have done this with them when Vinnie and Dime were still alive.
I'm guessing there was a lot of animosity there. It was awkward, to say the least, but when it came time to sing Phil definitely delivered!
Thanks for taking the time and recording all of it, you rock dude👍🤟💪
I was there!!! What a great show 🤘!!!
Some people look horrified when Strength Beyond Strength started, Far Beyond Driven still one of the heavist albums ever made in my opinion. And yes I listen to all kinda of Death and Black metal too, it's that heavy Trendkill too.
The girl to the left of Phil at 12:49 looks so done lol
Agreed. I bought the SBS album new when I was 12 years old and it blew me away. Definitely outdid themselves. I'm still impressed decades later.
Oh, look! It's the officially sanctioned Pantera cover band!
I wish this false reunion never happened, however, to the folks who go to the shows, I hope you have a great time!
Best concert I ever been! I belong to a younger generation and I’m so happy I was able to see them!
По твоему коменту ясно, что ты еще нигде не бывал. Но хоть побывал, уже хорошо
I was front roww 😮💨😮💨 So Happy To See Pantera After So Long
Saw them 2 days ago and they were unbelievable. Phil is sober and sounds better than he has in 20 years and the tribute they did for the brothers was so good. Pantera THE KINGS OF HEAVY METAL
Darien?

@@mercurion1000They've done Yesteday Don't Mean Shit, Suicide Note pt.2, War Nerve and Revolution Is My Name on longer headline sets.
Thank you so much for uploading, I was there and loved Pantera's set \m/
you can tell phil is fired up more than normal ! really giving 110% !
Why didn’t Phil and Rex ask marzi montazeri and Gene Hoglan to fill the spot?
Im flying out from Honolulu Hawaii in a few weeks to see Metallica in Los Angeles....Pantera tribute is a nice added bonus.....FUCK YEAH!!!!
Pantera is Dime, Paul, Anselmo and Rex, this is not Pantera
Long live PANTERA!!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼 was a dream come true! Thought I’d never hear them live!!
Thank you for sharing this video with us that could not be there. Much appreciated and respect
14:39 looks like we have a drummer in the left side of the crowd :) BTW. thanks for this great recording!
They used both drumsets. Halfway to through show he switched to give the crowd a chance to see from both sides.🤟It was a killer show. I was there.
Thank you for your upload 💪🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Chuck Billy sighting at 34:51 and did Charlie have 2 drum kits out there?
No Dime, No Vince Paul the brick wall. No Pantera. Good tribute band
I was in section 249A Row 13W I went nuts as fuck best night of my fucking life
How was the view?
fine
Wow you filmed this show too? 😮your a legend
Phil is a beast. I was at this show. They threw down. Hard and heavy,
Great video! Totally made my night!
Cheers.
🍻
It warms my heart that Phil and Rex have returned to the stage where they belong. We can’t have Dime and Vin but Zakk and Charlie are doing them supreme justice.
Thanks for uploading 🙂
Drummer was on point. Despite audio quality, everyone sounded better than expected. So glad they're touring just wish they'd come to Australia.
14:20 - the face Phil makes in the “the president in submission” line is funny
Tremendous camera work and video thank you!!!
Awesome! Thank you!!
Also, great to see Chuck Billy of Testament in the crowd 34:53
I knew he looked familiar. I was right next to him but couldnt put my finger on it. Damn how did it not hit me
Detailed eyes😂❤
If only I could channel Dime through my right arm and hit Phil n Zakk square between the eyes and savor the blood flow
Zakk Wylde is the perfect guy to fill Dimebag's shoes. Much respect to the music and Dimebag's solos.
Indeed my respect for Zakk :)
He is a legend in the Guitar
*_And you'd never guess it, but Zakk is an awesome down-to-earth guy with a sly sense of humor. I know someone who is friends w/a guy that was a roadie for years with Ozzy's band several years ago. He said Zakk was his favorite musician (amongst all he ever met - and he has met MANY)._*
Dimebag - is heart of Pantera. Zakk doesn't have that kind of sound, it's unpleasant. Dime was great
Pantera in their prime were absolutely untouchable. Miss those days
Untouched STILL for me their music was my life . Seen them 7 times . Going in November in St Louis ONLY for PANTERA 🤘🏼
@@keitha.563 Damn dude, wish I could have. I was in my teens, small town a good ways out from any venues and wouldn't have been the type to venture that far out on my own. :x Wish I could have met Dime and Vinnie..
Is that chuck Billy 34:57 to the left of phil?
Charlie is one the greatest metal, thrash drummers ever.. easily top 5
My brain expects to see Vinnie and Dime when it hears intro to A New Level, amazing to have Phil, Rex and the guys bring this back for us to experience again
Phil playing Pantera covers with Scour sounded better.
Thank you for this video. You did a great job recording this, and i for one, really appreciate you brother!
They're killing it! Legends!
What are you talking about?! This isn’t even the real Pantera!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was great, thanks for sharing, I'm going to see Pantera this Saturday here in Toronto, it's gonna be awesome...🤘🏼🔥
Awesome work! Thank you Jim Powers. I was on Pantera in Sofia /Bulgaria in May. Cried all time. Favourite band for life. from Germany to Sofia, because I was afraid - the shitholes in Germany would cancel all concerts in Germany. Later it was not the case, but too late bought the tickets already :) Best concert and best moments of my live!!!
It isn't Pantera, not without Dime and Vinnie.
Parking there was awful - missed all Pantera set thanks to traffic, so thanks for posting this!
haha yeah and somehow LEAVING WAS WORSE!
get there before 3pm tomorrow apparently Overkill is playing in the parking lot G
I would of been there super early chopping at the moment to see PANTERA blow Metallica out of the water 🌊💦
This was a great show! Saw the last 3 Pantera songs because of traffic, but they sounded great.
Damn Phil! Way to go buddy, you sound better than you did 25 years ago!!!
Great job filming the entire show!
Really appreciate it
