James'voice is the best he ever had in the 00s. They're in great form and played well. The stage was huge and impressive. However, the sound was TOTAL CRAP. Because that stadium is acoustic garbage, just a big echo room. Can't you hear how muddy it is? How sloppy and blury it is ? What a waste, please, we must stop shows at Olympic Stadium (cf. AC/DC 2009, same crap)
was there any pyro or is it just a big ring of lights that change color around their stage as far as production goes? im supposed to go see them in Pheonix next month but everything ive seen of this tour looks like they have shit production
There's always a little Pyro (a lot on the last tour). Their show is always music first tho. But yeah shit production? 80,000 fans and 8 stanchions that look to be what 100 feet tall with massive 360 video screens? Last tour was 70 or 80 semi trucks worth of gear to setup. You crack me up man.
@@dmac80 its an stadium show the amount of people there has absolutely nothing to do with production. I saw them back in 08 and they brought along tons more from a production stand point. plus those video screens pretty much only show the band playing for all the people sitting so far away you cant see shit in the first place.
Find out how many trucks are needed to move this production around...then you will quickly realize how costly the whole thing is.... also you might want to think first - it's an "In the Round Show". The first time someone does something like this in a stadium. Now think about it carefully. And I'll give you a hint - in the Round shows in a stadium have limitations, because there is no roof and 360 degrees of the stage have to be visible.... Jesus...
