@@priscillamartinez460 visit Dr Gundry channel, he talks about lectin foods to avoid. He doesn't like nightshade veg like tomatoes, peppers, eggplants etc. You may howl with despair... becuz his food list can be restrictive ... but I notice my health issues have improved. These nightshade veg he may not want you to eat... but if you have the urge...These veg you need to remove the skin, the seeds and pressure cook them. Quinoa, pressure cook it to kill off most of the lectin. He doesn't recommend oatmeal. Loves his okra, sorghum, millet flour. Tried these foods, they're tasty. Baked banana bread with green banana flour instead of white flour.

mondoc jenson yes it’s magnesium citrate, the one I use is called “natural calm” and for your blood pressure anxiety and stress are 2 major problems, but don’t worry the night before you go to the doctor take the magnesium before bedtime then in the morning chop 1 garlic clove and 1 lemon or lime juice and drink it. I hope this helps

I am grateful to have found you on you tube. I have learned much and have peace of mind. I am on a journey to unclog my arteries and lower my blood pressure. I take a heaping teaspoon of garlic, then a heaping teaspoon of a mixture of equal parts of ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and honey. Anecdotally I am feeling better, and will be scheduling a follow up with my cardiologist to see if it has made a difference.

My blood pressure was in the 140's and 150's (sometimes 170's). Two weeks ago I began a garlic recipe -that I got from this channel- and it is now in the 120's. I measure it each day. Yesterday, it was 108/74. Recipe: One crushed garlic (let it rest for 5-10 min), 1 teasp good quality olive oil, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice. Drink once a day until blood pressure lowers. Bye-bye spirolactone!

United States has the lowest life expectancy of any developed country even though we're the quote richest country on Earth unquote. The life expectancy has fallen by several years within the last decade. We have the highest incidence of child birth defects that are preventable in pregnancy. We have the highest incident incarcerated people. Are suicide rate is increasing especially among the lower middle class who've been the hardest hit by Reaganomics the austerity economic policies of Reagan and Thatcher. Our suicide rate is increasing. Our outcome after surgery is worse than every other developed country. Yet for this Lord life expectancy, more birth trauma, more preventable birth defects, more injury on the job, more death on the job, higher suicide rate and higher incidence of mental illness, we pay twice as much per person for healthcare. These are all cold hard facts. Please tell me what you mean by projection?

I can attest to these recommendations, my blood pressure was 158 over 110 just 3 weeks ago, I just took my pressure this morning and was ecstatic when I saw the results- 120 0ver 80, it has been gradually going down, I am a 59 year old male and 240 lbs at 5 11, still working on dropping some weight, I dropped 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks.
I am using the following and I have virtually cut out sugar and taking in less carbs and reduced salt:
Red Pepper, ginger, turmeric, magnesium, potassium rich foods, melatonin 10 mg to help me sleep, carrots, celery, apples, lemons, beets, fish oil, garlic, flax powder, arugula, hibiscus and Hawthorne tea, sardines and more exercise. Thank You Dr Mandell !!!!

I lost 24 pounds in 2-3 weeks just by cutting all sugars and no carbs and eating 1 or 2 times a day with lots of vegetables being one of my meals. But you don't have to do it cold turkey like I did. Start by eating less sugar and carbs. Use stevia for your sugar substitute. You need to reduce insulin spiking which is the cause of gaining weight because we eat many times a day. Just learn what insulin resistance means and you'll get an idea. Oh and last but not least no snacking!!! Only vegetables and your meal/s no chips or chocolate etc. because every time you eat it spikes insulin and you don't want that. The less times you eat the less insulin spikes which is a good thing. Means you burn fat and not sugar.Everything we eat the body turns it into sugar for fuel. The body first response is to burn sugar not fat that's why we don't lose weight if we have too much sugar from carbs and sodas! If no sugar In body
body cant burn sugar so it burns fat and we lose weight.

Chromium picolinate and Cinnamon will help you with your sugar. I take 800 to 1000 mcg of Chromium and 1000 to 2000 mg of Cinnamon. If you can find time- release caplets they are better, but if not just take smaller doses throughout the day. I lost 65 pounds in 8 months following my wife's regiment that she mapped out for me. She is a nurse with a background in nutrition and herbs. She has helped many people and she does free clinics. She has been trying to get me to listen to her and I finally did and I feeling better and looking better at 61 years old. I have finally stop has of those meds that have all those side effects. I checked everything if it's a secondary hypertension but all the tests came fine...I workout 4 or 5 days a week...don't smoke, drink nothing..so it's most likely primary hypertension which sucks... anyways if u came all here reading it..thanks love you all.... if u have a same story like me pls share🖤

Unforgiveness, blame, judgments, self condemnation, hurting others etc...sins, are the main cause of stress that cause heart problems and high blood pressure.
Pray to God, tell Him that you have unforgiveness toward some people, that you have hurt them, and you want to repent of your sins and ask God to forgive you.
Also, in your mind or speak out audibly to the persons that you hurt, ask him or her to forgive you and tell him that you repent.
Although you are not at fault, holding unforgiveness and judging others badly is a sin.
You will feel relaxed and peaceful and happy again. The devil will not be able to attack your mind and will leave you. The bible said that when we sin, we open the door to the devil to hurt us.
That is the best way to lower blood pressure: to love one another with the help of Grace, of God.
Grace is not give me, give me, give me ( health, money, house, cars, friends etc...although they are not bad). True Grace is the power that God gives to us to help us live a life like Christ, full of compassion, wisdom and peace, joy.
Also eat right, exercise, meditate, breathe...drink water.
    God bless you all.

Pink Himalayan salt is the best salt to use because it's not processed. Cut out the TABLE salt, definitely, but use pink Himalayan, which has ALOT of health benefits, including helping to reduce blood pressure. I use about 10 shakes of the pink Himalayan salt with 2 cups warm lemon water ( 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice) and 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar), which helps adrenal function and I don't need coffee anymore! Supporting the adrenal helps normalize cortisol levels.

Most recent desirable range for blood pressure is now "120/80" ("0:24"). But, per Dr. Mandel, during his medical schooling, it was "under 140/90 that is normal" ("0:31"). Now, all of a sudden, it is "if you are 130/85 you're considered borderline high blood pressure" ("0:41").
Now, I cannot help but wonder, considering the corruption in the pharmaceutical industry & much of the medical communities of the world as well as "pay me & I'll help you get more money" politicians, who really is behind these fluctuations of standards, & what are their motives? 🤔
Dr. Mandel then turns his attention to the fluctuations of goal posts for cholesterol, & obviously the same questions as above regarding blood pressure goal posts are again relevant. Per Dr. Mandel, the range for cholesterol back in the 80s was something like "320" or "340" that was deemed normal ("0:48"). At "1:03," Dr. Mandel fingers one of the main culprits for these suspicious changes, one of the culprits I already named.
And he also shows they are involved in the questionable & sometimes blatantly fraudulent activities regarding standardizing blood pressure ranges.
(1.) Garlic (due, in part, to natural compound allicin (spelling?) ("4:45"). (MY NOTE: However, some people have food sensitivity issues with garlic.)
(2.) Carrots ("5:16"). (MY NOTE: If one has blood sugar issues, carrots is said to be very high on the glycemic index, &, therefore, is, apparently, thus best avoided.)
(3.) Potassium mentioned, but within the remarks on carrots &, subsequently, bananas ("5:34"). (MY NOTE: Bananas are a horrible recommendation due to high sugar content, & sugar being a thing to necessarily avoid while trying to maintain or get & then maintain a healthy blood pressure. Avocados, which are, I suppose, practically sugarless, are said to provide far more potassium than bananas & other potassium containing foods.)
(4.) Water ("5:53") (MY NOTE: Careful to not overdrink water with no electrolytes in it &, therefore, washes out what electrolytes one already has. Some low-sugar lemon squeezed into the water should help.)
Other recommendations mentioned that I have not noted.

Keep responding. I do appreciate that the Doc is trying to help us get better naturally.

    • @fiery.mercaba
      @fiery.mercaba 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Thanks for your reply, @@Sandrae7560, & for your expressed appreciation as well as for your additional helpful information.
Yes, I have heard of celery's naturally higher sodium content, & have known so by the very taste of it when I used to make a refreshing electrolyte-rich, nutritious drink of blended & strained celery juice with lemon juice for my wife to drink when we were pregnant with our first of four children. I do not know that I necessarily buy the medical industry's assertions that celery is a no-no for people with blood pressure problems, though. Naturally occurring sodium in some foods as well as even sea salt are significantly different things that the essentially lab-made sodium chloride (a.k.a. table salt), & it is this latter that is often the go-to of the food manufacturing industry, because it is cheaper to obtain by the money-loving food manufacturers who desire to pay out less for ingredients & so on & then charge as much as they can for their products.
And the medical industry in general is so in cahoots within the pharmaceutical industry & the latter's obsession with getting a buck by getting people stuck on medicines of all sort is still to be suspected as being involved for the most part in the issuance of guidelines & recommendations to the general public.
I am glad my post was able to provide you with some helpful insights, & glad for it helping those others it will help.
I pray to Christ Jesus the Almighty for you to have all you need from Him for your health & all other areas of your life, & that you yield to Him daily for Him to be able to express all the compassion He has in Him for you. Be blessed. 🙏

my grand daughter's mother says they can't afford to eat healthy. they eat out of cans. her and her mother are both big. i make a big pot of vegetable soup with chicken or i make chili. lots of meals very affordable.

a lot who say they can't afford to eat healthy seem to afford numerous trips to fast food per week. i see it in my own family. i think if they spent that money on whole foods, they could prepare a meal for less than the cost of a trip to burger king. i make lots of very healthy soup in a 16 qt pot for less than $2 a serving.

Don’t make excuses. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. Fresh green veggies, homemade soups, fresh fish & meats -all in reasonable amounts. Basically low carb. Americans seem to eat huge portions. Cut it out. It’s not impossible, but at first it feels painful. You all can do it.

Mike Madsen, I absolutely disagree! Laziness makes the life hard! For $5 to $10 a day you can eat super healthy. Oatmeal and a piece of fruit in the morning. Veggie sandwich made at home for lunch. Some sorta beans and whole-wheat toast at night. No Soda, no smoking, drinking no red meat. Limited meat if you must have. Drink lots of water!

      Hi Mike.
Don't drink Soft Drinks. That will save you money..Drink Water.
instead of buying potato chips for 3 dollars....buy 2 or 3 pounds of Broccoli.
Don't drink alcohol. Then you can buy Almond milk instead.
Don't buy candy and sweets. Buy salmon and shrimp..if you can only afford a half pound then get a half pound...Are you with me....then what will happen is that as you get healthier and your brain fog clears then you will figure out how to make more money..it works....also listen to Dale Carnegie and earl Nightingale here on youtube.
