  • The emerging science on the microbiome has revealed a fascinating key to gaining control over a number of important facets of the aging process.
With the strategy I discuss in this video, people are experiencing:
--Restoration of youthful muscle and strength
--Reduced skin wrinkles and increased dermal collagen
    --Accelerated healing
    --Increased libido
    --Preservation of bone density
We are also experiencing an increase in empathy and desire for human connection, all via a boost in oxytocin release.
My new Revised & Expanded Wheat Belly book that contains the entire Wheat Belly program, all updated with new information, more recipes, more success stories.

About Dr. Davis, Wheat Belly and Undoctored:
Dr. Davis practiced conventional cardiology for 25 years but became discouraged with the predatory and exploitative practices of modern healthcare. He now devotes his efforts to helping people regain magnificent health without doctors or hospitals with results that are SUPERIOR to that obtained through conventional healthcare. His Wheat Belly books have sold 4 million copies in 40 countries.
We draw from the health information of the world, collaborate, share experiences, collect data, and show how to apply new health tools to achieve levels of health that you may have thought unattainable. We do all this at a time when conventional healthcare costs have become crippling.

Ten months later and I'm still making both Shirota and Reuteri 6475 separately as 36 hour "yogurt". I boil 4 quarts half & half in an "Instant Pot" to denature it first. Then I take the lid off and let it cool to under 100* then add the starting culture, stir and set to yogurt, cover with paint strainer lid, and forget it for 36 hours. The culture moves to the temperature it prefers, away from the 104* at the bottom to cooler temp at the top. I throw nothing away. Just stir and mix the super thick yogurt before I jar it. At 76 my skin is not thick, but way better and damages less. Now I live next door to my daughter and her family. I'm happy to do all the yard work for both of us. I never have dinner at daughter's as I follow Dr. William Davis plan pretty closely.

EXCELLENT VIDEO. Dr. Davis - Luvele makes a yogurt maker with three temperature settings - 1) 97 degrees, 2) 100 degrees, and 3) 104 degrees. The timer can be set up up to 24 hours. It would appear that these bacteria are not killed by stomach acid, or at least that given a high enough dose, some survive to populate the upper gastrointestinal tract. Am I understanding that correctly?
Might it be more effective to place the bacteria in a capsule that’s relatively more resistant to degradation, so that the capsule opens where you want the contents to be deposited?
