My advice is to move away from Chrome. Google has done such a poor job of optimising Chrome for low power processors and for touch that that's what is causing your stuttering. If you use Edge you will find it works far better, and you will get better battery life. This applies not just to the Go, but for any portable computer of Tablet. Google is clearly doing what they can to impact Windows devices and try and force more people to look at Android or Chrome OS devices.
Just tested out Chrome vs Edge. Indeed after opening a few tabs, Chrome becomes less responsive with some scrolling stutter while Edge is still smooth.
Yes, Chrome is known to be stuttery when using the touch interface to scroll. Nevertheless, it seems to be OK when using the touch pad or mouse. To answer your question Chris Aguilar, Firefox scrolling works flawlessly using ANY method.
wow - great, have mine for 6 month now and wasn't aware of the sd card slot *embarrassing :D - sooo good! Thank you! :D Never had problems with a smooth scrawling online. Mine works amazingly well. It has just a bit too small RAM (8GB) to create or cut movies.

The problem with Sketchbook Pro and gestures is that the app turns off touch if your pen is in range. I run into this all the time. You have to move the pen far enough way. Sketchbook Pro's UI is surprisingly touch/pen unfriendly. On my SP3, I find I have to tap tools and layers twice to get it to recognise the tap. As for Photoshop - the Go wasn't really designed for an app that heavy.
