the story with longtail breaking the code and it leading to poppydawn's death is actually pretty interesting when you take into consideration how he looks out for mousefur later he, despite being old himself, gives food to the older lady to try and keep her from starving due to what he would perceive as stinginess- something he failed to do when he was young that ultimately cost the life of an elder.

I like the implication that Longtail and Goldenflower are friends because they both had a connection to Tigerstar before breaking that connection, and Swiftpaw was Goldenflower's son and Longtail's apprentice
Totally makes sense that if your friend/husband turned out to be a horrible person, the people hurt most by that revelation (you and the other people he was close to) would become friends. You already have one crazy thing in common to talk about.
I like characters who have a connection to one another through another character, like how Thistleclaw and Bluefurstar's rivalry was mostly because they both believed they knew what was best for Snowfur
I would love to hear a talk about Shellheart. He was such a good father and mate, and Rainflower, being her entitled self, just threw him away. Shellheart treated both Crookedkit and Oakkit equally, supporting them both. And I thought it was an interesting turn of events when he suddenly decided to become an elder. He still continued to support his sons and his clan. Rainflower didn't deserve Shellheart, and Shellheart deserved better.
It was nice to have a character who was an upstander instead of a bystander. Unlike so many others, Shellheart stood up for what was right instead of "being afraid and thinking it was for the best" like Leopardstar or "lol I'm just being super loyal" like Blackstar
Ik think she is a side villain that secretly like Spottedleaf who could have been evil like their eyes and scent. Maybe talk about how they could have been a villain and maybe their related by Dawn to the later arc (Dawn is the true 1st arc and The one that is “Firestar” is a later book)
I never liked that they got rid of Longtail too quickly. I feel like his controversial personality was completely lost after he was blinded. I would've really liked to see Longtail being the deputy, and arguing with firestar, kind of like the Skyclan deputy with leafstar. I would've even liked him around for the dark forest, and have more of a reaction when tigerstar came back to attack the clans. In my ideal situation, I would've liked firestar, in that battle, to try to confine longtail, because he doesn't trust him to not go back to tigerstar, but then when longtail throws a deadly dark forest cat, firestar finally learns to trust him before he gets a tree dropped on him.
Loved the idea, except for the last part, sadly. The idea that Firestar still doesn't trust Longtail to return to Tigerstar would totally invalidate Longtail's subplot of becoming a trusted ally of Firestar in TPB.
No no I think the plot should’ve been Longtail becomes Longstar after Firestar dies but like around in the Broken code arc and Starless clan he gives up his position as leader to Squilf, Ivypool Rosepetal or any she-cat in general, would be cool to have Bristlestar but I like the idea of Bristlefrost dying so Squilf or Ivy make good choices, his explanation would be “I am old and I want a younger cat to follow in my paw steps” or something beyond those lines
It's him! It's my boy! My guy! My stinky man! EDIT: One of my favorite Longtail moments is in Forest of Secrets, when he, Fireheart, and Tigerclaw are trying to find a way to Fourtrees and Tigerclaw orders Fireheart to cross a narrow stretch of branch before it's implied that he deliberately dislodges the branch in an attempt to drown Fireheart. Fireheart is thrown into the raging river and can just barely stay alive, but despite the swift current Longtail keeps up with him, and when Fireheart's branch is briefly stopped by a rock, Longtail risks his own life to drag him from the current. Fireheart thanks him, but Longtail shrugs it off like it was nothing. For me, this was the moment that he started to "redeem" himself. The current was flooded, and Tigerclaw was right there- it would have been easy for Longtail to do nothing and let Fireheart meet his end. Instead, he follows after a clanmate he despises, and risks pelt and tail to save him. It showed that for all his many, many faults, Longtail was still a loyal warrior and a good cat, one who wouldn't stand by as a clanmate suffered, even if he hated that clanmate. He isn't a nice character at this point, but he's loyal and willing to do the right thing even when it would cost him nothing to stand aside. Anywho, for the next talking video- I would love a Daisy talk? She's just such an interesting character to me
Going to throw her in again. How about Sedgewhisker (and her siblings)? They're really interesting even though they're background characters, especially if you include what the Erins have said about them. For anyone who might not know, she's a Windclan cat born I believe in Power of Three? She and her siblings went out on their own as kits and got lost in the tunnels, leading to Breezepaw, Heatherpaw, Lionpaw, Jaypaw, and Hollypaw needing to go in and save them despite a flood. And if you believe Heathertail, it was Sedgekit who told Windclan about the tunnels afterwards, allowing Onestar to attack Thunderclan through them and starting the big battle in Eclipse. Then later she was one of the two Windclan cats chosen to go on the beaver quest with Lionblaze and Dovepaw in Omen of the Stars. Also, if we take author statements into consideration, she and her siblings are half-clan cats, with their father being Beechfur from Riverclan.
Next time you should talk about Jagged Peak! I find that he is a fascinating character and his emotions are interesting and hard to pinpoint why he feels the way he does. I would love to see what you thought!

@@Exo-Prince Probably, it's likely similar to how everyone remembers snowkit and the hawk incident. From what my memory gives me, as its been a while :'), he seemed to be a genuine and polite being and i remember being sad when he died.
how about briarlight?? i think the way her disability was treated within the series was definitely iffy, but i geniunely love her as a character and as a friend to jayfeather. plus shes way less of an asshole than her siblings

@Moon she did it before, why can't she do it again? I do agree with pawsmos tho, bc I feel like her being paralyzed is kinda like her whole character, and taking that away is like taking away apart of her.
@Moon briarlight was originally supposed to die soon after her injury and was only changed because vicky had a relative become paralyzed, so her story was changed to show they even with her injury, she can be happy and strong. healing her back just takes away all of that character development. there was no reason for them to heal her back since we are told when cats go to starclan, they go back to the age where they were the happiest in life. briarlight remained pretty darn happy after her accident, so i don’t see why starclan felt the need to change that. you also have to keep in mind this is a children’s series, so telling disabled kids that they can’t be happy is kinda messed up
I would love to hear about the time travel that goes on with Jayfeather and Jaywing. I find it very funny that they have this elaborate time travel plotline where Jayfeather goes back in time to help the ancient clans move to the mountains and then never bring it up again.
Yes! I personally love Power of Three and OOTS and Jayfeather in general because you learn about the history of the clan through his POV. I’d love a video talking about this.
I personally would like one on heathertail. She is a character with a lot of connections to later important characters and is described as a really respectable warrior. She continues to have a close bond with her mentor as seen in Crow feathers trial, and is by far the most reasonable cat in the crowfeather trophy family. Idk I just like her and would like to see her discussed more.
I feel like the scene where Longtail sabotages a plot by Tigerstar to save Firestar's life /in front of Tigerstar/ is just so forgotten and it's really sad. It's such a great scene for Longtail's character, and it's actual proof of him working to be better, possibly the only actual case of this in the series like Moonkitti said. It was a real turning point for Longtail, and the only time I've ever seen it drawn was when I've done it.
I'd love to hear you talk about Birchfall! He's a hugely overlooked character considering everything he has going for him! He trained in the Dark Forest, is Dove's and Ivy's father, the last surviving kit of Dustpelt and Ferncloud, lived through starvation in the old forest, and was rejected by his father in Dovewing's Silence iirc
I feel like you should talk about Alderheart, because on his journey sandstorm died and kept on being reminded about her death and because he's just very anxious and in my opinion he's just a pretty good character.
I still cast my vote for Firestar himself. The fandom seems pretty split on this cat. Normally legacy characters like say Tobey's Spider-Man, Sidney Prescott, are greatly respected. But Firestar doesn't have that treatment. Even in the universe of Warriors, he's made fun of and seen as a cat who never knew when it stop butting into other clans' business. When that was just a trait he always had as a warrior Fireheart. People didn't like that he returned at all yet with other legacy characters (Tobey, Sidney etc) people would LOVE to see them return to their role. It's really fascinating to see a fandom so split on this cat. I mean no one really talks about this one moment with Bluestar and Firestar how she comments that he doesn't visit Bramblestar in dreams and he fires back "because I trust in his ability to lead." which seems to imply somethings about their history. You know, namely how Fireheart had lost his trust of Bluestar after she went mad. I dunno I've always found him interesting so would like to see him talked about next.
Oohh yes!! I love dotc and even though I didnt like Clear Sky, I did appreciate the devolpment especially near the end, which made me not hate him anymore.
You should do mothflight! Its interesting how she looks at things, and hearing what she thinks. I LOVE how she feels disappointed and unsatisfied with herself, and she feels like a screw-up. She's one of my favorite characters, and I don't see her very much. So, if ya wanted to, talk about mothflight!
I’d love to hear you talk about Shrewclaw! He’s always been a favorite character of mine. He was never a morally bad character despite how horribly he treated Tallstar as a kid and apprentice, it was more a case of him not realizing the damage he did to others by his actions. After Tallstar (Talltail at the time) left Windclan and called him out for the bullying he seemed to stop and try to build a better relationship with Tallstar. I jus never hear people talking about him and I’d love some more light to be shed on him considering he’s a pretty major side character in one of the most popular super editions.

I honestly have always liked Longtail. I always love characters with an even balance of flaws and good traits. I loved his friendship with Mousefur and Purdy. He has to be one of my top favorites.
I would love one about Hollyleaf! she's my favorite character and I feel like there's a lot to talk about with her, not just about her parents but about the prophecy, being a medicine cat then warrior, her relationships with Willowshine and Cinderheart and Fallen Leaves, having so much potential, etc! I personally love how Hollykit wanted to be respected and looked up to and that's why she chose to be a medicine cat (until she learned that she was better as a warrior), I think it was a nice change from the typical "I want to be a warrior so I can fight the other clans to protect my clan" or "i want to be a medicine cat because i love healing cats" kinda thing that the majority of cats have. I also think it's so sad how she spent her entire life dedicating it to the warrior code and starclan and then believing she had a purpose with the prophecy, only to learn later that starclan chose only her brothers and specifically excluded her. I could go on and on lol, I just think she's an interesting character

Minnowtail please! She killed her own sibling in the second series as a kit by daring them to drink oil and has some strange level of importance? No one talks much about her kithood.

Dead foot is actually the other grand father of the three, because crowfeather is his child. So he has some importance but the authors never talk about this so I guess they don't care
I love all of the foster parents in warrior cats! Gray Wing with Thunder, Lilyheart and Twigbranch, Hawkwing and Plumwillows litter, Goldenflower with Featherkit and Stormkit, Brindleface and Cloudtail, love those stories!
I would like to hear a talk about Russetfur. She was a ShadowClan deputy that came from the Twolegplace - an outsider in ShadowClan of all Clans. She was also one of the non-RiverClan (if not only) cat/s that actually protected Sasha from her Clanmates, though still being wary of other outsiders and even half-clan cats (Tawnypelt). Her death was also quite interesting, being killed from Lionblaze after taking a life from Firestar over a small strip of land.
I would love to see you talk about Berrynose, i think it was sad the way he went and he had a pretty big role, being made deputy by the imposter then being exiled, and later killed by Tawnypelt! I also think his relationships and character arc are pretty interesting aswell

Uggh, I love your voice and the way you talk! I think that darkstripe would be an absolutely fascinating character to dissect . He’s just so sad and pathetic, I would love to hear you tear into him
How about Daisy? And if there's not enough material there, maybe her kits too? (Plus or minus Berrynose since he's a more prominent minor character than the rest of his siblings) Like Ferncloud, I think she gets a lot of garbage in the fandom because of her choice in how she contributes to the clan, but I don't think that's fair towards her, and all of her decisions have been made with the wellbeing of her children in mind - she gave up everything she ever knew, the safety of her barn, just so they wouldn't be taken away from her and god knows what would happen to them then, as far as she was concerned. She's even a bit nepotistic, which we don't often see in other queens very much explicitly anyway, with her standing up for Berrynose even when he was definitely the one in the wrong when it came to his and Poppyfrost's relationship. And I think that makes her interesting, since she's allowed to be more than just a cat saying "I agree!" "I disagree!" at least for awhile anyway. It's just you don't often see a cat like Daisy as a character very much, passive, nurturing, a little cowardly and a worrywart but brave for her children and brave where it counts, even if she did suffer the same fate as a lot of the other background characters post Omen of the Stars
Her novella is absolutely heartbreaking, the fact she lost two children in the same battle and only has one surviving kit when she left the farm to protect her kits is just... aghhh.
I would really like to know if that tree that fell on him still has his dead body under it. You know, the tree they've been walking over and climbing on for the last 4 arcs at least...
Talking about Crowfrost in the next one would be AWESOME! He's so underrated and he did so much for ShadowClan, but it was all thrown away and he was killed off just because the authors wanted Tigerheart to become leader. I find him a very interesting character as he was acting leader while Rowanstar was sick with yellowcough, and he had to make some VERY hard decisions and like 2/3 of the Clan hated him.
Okay I’d love to hear more about Tallstar. His character arc is his super edition was good - but to me it just didn’t match the character was had in arc 1 and arc 2. And I want to understand why Mudclaw was let into Starclan. For real; I get it’s explained in the graphic novel but it doesn’t really make sense. Yea he was doing it for his clan but in the process about to commit murder on Onewhisker and overall was plotting on doing a whole other Tigerclan kinda thing with Hawkfrost. That violates the warrior c o d e. So I feel like Tallstar needs some explanation and how his whole character arc at the beginning - stern, went from kinda bland and overall a forgiving Mary-sue leader.
I have a headcanon where Goldenflower primarily takes care of Longtail after he's blinded, because he mentoreded and kind of reminds her of Swiftpaw, and they both greived for him, and they grow really close :) There's also a scene in the books, when Thunderclan arrived at their new camp in the new territory, where Goldenflower is beside Longtail and is describing the view to him
How about a duo: Jackdaw's Cry and Falling Feather? I haven't read DoTC in so long but the scene with them in the battle has always been so heartbreaking to me
omg yes! literally nobody talks about either of them! ESPECIALLY falling feather. in moth flight’s vision, the spirit cats (soon to be named starclan later on in the book) mostly consisted of gray wing, turtle tail, half moon, rainswept flower, hawk swoop and even quiet rain! but i don’t remember jackdaw’s cry making an appearance. i clearly remember falling feather NEVER making an appearance in that book. she was a favorite of mine for the dotc arc, and i feel like her and her brother don’t get enough love
petal from dotc!! no one talks about her, she adopted the kits of someone who basically abandoned her, basically was clear sky’s right hand man, her motives are well constructed and so one gives her any credit :(
Hawkfrost. Lets talk about Hawkfrost. He followed his fathers paw steps quite exactly, however, he’s an interesting character to cover. He’s cot wits, cleverness, and charm. He wanted to becoming RiverClan’s deputy so badly, manipulated Ivypool, tried to kill Firestar, and worked with Mudclaw when he tried to take back WindClan from Onestar. Overall, I adore him for his evil side. I think he gave the Warrior Cat Fandom just what they needed. Also, lets not forget the fact that he made his sister, Mothwing, come up with a fake prophecy to get rid of Stormfur and Brook. He’s ambitious, but not a fool. I love to see Leafpool slowly figure him out, putting the pieces together as she goes along.
Perhaps you could do some of the lesser known Dark Forest cats? Redwillow, Maggottail, Snowtuft, Houndleap, Rushtooth, etc. Especially since A Light in the Mist gave a bit more information on them. Some of these characters are just so interesting to me!
I really want to hear about Maggottail. He seemed like a self confident, loyal cat. When his tail rotted and was chewed off, he just renamed himself out of pride for surviving the wound. What the Hell did he do to become a Dark Forest cat?

YESSSS DUDE! moth flight is the best. i believe she’s confirmed to have ADHD, and as someone with that, reading her super edition and seeing her get totally misunderstood about getting distracted was relatable. they made her have a horrible personality in squirrelflights hope though. i mean cmon. i feel like she’d sympathize for leafpool instead of being so cold to her. but overall, i totally agree with you! and i’m sorry you relate to her pain of losing micah. sending ya love
I think you should talk about Goosefeather next, and how his relationships are effected way more than any other medicine cats. Even compared to Shadowsight, he has no one to talk to, everyone hates him even as a kit, and everyone is jealous of him for getting his full name even though he’s not even a warrior, he’s a medicine cat, which is completely different..
I would love to hear about Brightheart she’s such a good character and she deserves some more love ❤️ I always thought she should get at least a novella or something because her life is so interesting! And obviously her and Cloudtail’s relationship is one of the sweetest of all time in Warrior Cats!

longtail becoming an elder wasn’t his choice. in page 18 of starlight, we see this: “Longtail was not many seasons older than Dustpelt, but he had been forced to join the elders when his eyesight failed”
I believe that a really interesting character to talk about would be Heathertail! Her father was also Onestar which means she was Darktails sister, her relationship with Crowfeather, and she's already had two different litters of kits with Breezepelt! Her mother was a really sweet cat and I think that it's just really sad that the Erins forgot about her after Power of the Three
I think you should talk about Pinstar! I don’t think he gets as much love as he should in the fandom. I also think it’s interesting how he goes from being an honorable warrior then becoming leader after his father, to wanting to become a kittypet. He’s kind of like a reverse Firestar in a way.
You should talk about Mothwing and cloudtail! Idk if you'd want to do their vid joined, but I think the cat atheism is an interesting concept that doesn't get talked about enough. Its also really intriguing to me how the starclan cats say that they "can't reach" Mothwing. Both characters also have a good amount of personality so thats always good. So ye...talk about them if you want to😀
I would love for you to talk about Yellowfang! I recently re-read her Super Edition and her life is actually kinda sad and grim before she finally gets to Thunderclan. It also highlights how Brokenstar slowly destroyed the clan from within and I'd also like to hear your thoughts about Yellowfang's and Raggedstar's relationship, as the opinions on it are actually pretty divided. Also when she becomes a ghost, her whole entire character just shifts completely which is... weird.
Please talk about Bluestar. Her character development is so interesting not just in the main series but also in her novella. Her complete mental breakdown and how she sacreficed everything for the position of deputy over Thisleclaw is so interesting to me.

I always love long tail for what the fans make him into, a villainous character with a redemption arc and someone who was a brother to another favorite of mine swift paw. He’s forever one of my favorite just because I remember loving how spikey he looked in sss warrior cat.
Longtail is definitely one of my favorite characters and it still pains me when I see things about his death, because I feel like he should’ve lived for longer!!! But I would also love to hear about Yellowfang!- unless you’ve already talked about her. Her story- at least from her narrative in Yellowfang’s Secret- was interesting I think, especially the part where a cat she didn’t get along with well as a kit and most of her apprenticeship became the father of her corrupted son. :>
I'd like to see you talk about Speckletail, Snowkit's mom. I feel like she might struggle with some conflicting feelings of resentment of her clanmates for failing to scoop him up and get him to safety, but also her clan is her family and they were her entire support system for dealing with the grief over Snowkit's death.
She was also the queen that chased Ravenpaw away that time and refused to nurse Stormkit and Featherkit. She was a fiesty one, compared to the other queens (Willowpelt, Brindleface, Goldenflower) that all had the same personality.
You should do Puddleshine next! He seems really sweet and his relationship with Alderheart and Shadowsight is really cute. He was only trained for one moon and it’s hardly ever mentioned, they kind of threw it to the side. He’s also one of those characters that seemed kind of worrisome, but since he wasn’t a pov character no one really acknowledges it. The anxiety he was when he’s trying to find a cure for (I think it was yellowcough???) was nearly as bad an Alderheart and Ravenpaw’s and he’s almost as good a medicine cat as all the others despite being very young when he started training and only trained for one moon.
Yeah, something that really bothers me is in TBC Mothwing (and kinda Puddleshine himself) are all like, "Shadowsight hasn't had enough training" but Shadowsight trained WAYYYY longer than Puddleshine. Like I wonder if Puddleshine was agreeing with Mothwing on this because it made him feel better about himself and his short apprenticeship?
You know, I’d honestly argue that Needletail did go through a change of heart or mind after Rain was killed. You can definitely see her become disillusioned. My problem with that is that I feel like it takes place largely off-screen, like most of the interesting character development things in warrior cats.
I absolutely love Longtail, he’s my co-all time fav character (Tallstar is the second co-all time fav) and I think it’s because in my head he did have a character arc kinda because he sorta became a better person (I absolutely fall hard for character arcs) and in general he’s just awesome and wholesome in later arcs. I was so sad to find out he went blind and was hoping the authors didn’t just… dispose of him so quickly. I also almost cried when he died.
I would love it if you talked about Ivypool and her 2 surviving kits. Ivypool suffered through a lot of hardship but still managed to be happy and have great relationships (Fern and kits) even after the Dark Forest, and I think it’s really nice to see her in TBC in the (few) moments she talks to Bris. Even though she was more a mother to Twigbranch, she still was a good mother to Bris, and it would be nice to hear you talk about that!
To be fair, if I’m remembering correctly, I saw way more descriptions in the books of him as “beige” or simply “pale” and most people picture that as a pale yellow.

Jayfeather’s hatred for Longtail was definitely him just projecting. He was the only other blind cat in the clan and Jayfeather hates how being blind stopped him from being a warrior and Longtail retiring to the Elder’s den probably pissed him off cause it was like some kind of nail in a coffin that said “see? Even a long time warrior cant be a warrior without sight”

I think you should talk about Clear Sky next because he had such an interesting life. His relationship with his brothers changed a lot since he kicked out Jagged peak and had fought Gray Wing. And his struggles as a leader. Clear Sky was kinda like a villain for a little bit then he was good again. Also Dawn of the clans cats need more love.

the story with longtail breaking the code and it leading to poppydawn's death is actually pretty interesting when you take into consideration how he looks out for mousefur later
he, despite being old himself, gives food to the older lady to try and keep her from starving due to what he would perceive as stinginess- something he failed to do when he was young that ultimately cost the life of an elder.

I would love to hear a talk about Shellheart. He was such a good father and mate, and Rainflower, being her entitled self, just threw him away. Shellheart treated both Crookedkit and Oakkit equally, supporting them both. And I thought it was an interesting turn of events when he suddenly decided to become an elder. He still continued to support his sons and his clan. Rainflower didn't deserve Shellheart, and Shellheart deserved better.

I think Redwillow would be a interesting character to talk about. He was Ivypool's Dark Forest apprentice, but he decided to help save Starclan.

I never liked that they got rid of Longtail too quickly. I feel like his controversial personality was completely lost after he was blinded.
I would've really liked to see Longtail being the deputy, and arguing with firestar, kind of like the Skyclan deputy with leafstar.
I would've even liked him around for the dark forest, and have more of a reaction when tigerstar came back to attack the clans.
In my ideal situation, I would've liked firestar, in that battle, to try to confine longtail, because he doesn't trust him to not go back to tigerstar, but then when longtail throws a deadly dark forest cat, firestar finally learns to trust him before he gets a tree dropped on him.

Loved the idea, except for the last part, sadly. The idea that Firestar still doesn't trust Longtail to return to Tigerstar would totally invalidate Longtail's subplot of becoming a trusted ally of Firestar in TPB.

No no I think the plot should’ve been Longtail becomes Longstar after Firestar dies but like around in the Broken code arc and Starless clan he gives up his position as leader to Squilf, Ivypool Rosepetal or any she-cat in general, would be cool to have Bristlestar but I like the idea of Bristlefrost dying so Squilf or Ivy make good choices, his explanation would be “I am old and I want a younger cat to follow in my paw steps” or something beyond those lines

EDIT: One of my favorite Longtail moments is in Forest of Secrets, when he, Fireheart, and Tigerclaw are trying to find a way to Fourtrees and Tigerclaw orders Fireheart to cross a narrow stretch of branch before it's implied that he deliberately dislodges the branch in an attempt to drown Fireheart. Fireheart is thrown into the raging river and can just barely stay alive, but despite the swift current Longtail keeps up with him, and when Fireheart's branch is briefly stopped by a rock, Longtail risks his own life to drag him from the current. Fireheart thanks him, but Longtail shrugs it off like it was nothing.
For me, this was the moment that he started to "redeem" himself. The current was flooded, and Tigerclaw was right there- it would have been easy for Longtail to do nothing and let Fireheart meet his end. Instead, he follows after a clanmate he despises, and risks pelt and tail to save him. It showed that for all his many, many faults, Longtail was still a loyal warrior and a good cat, one who wouldn't stand by as a clanmate suffered, even if he hated that clanmate. He isn't a nice character at this point, but he's loyal and willing to do the right thing even when it would cost him nothing to stand aside.
Anywho, for the next talking video- I would love a Daisy talk? She's just such an interesting character to me

Going to throw her in again. How about Sedgewhisker (and her siblings)? They're really interesting even though they're background characters, especially if you include what the Erins have said about them. For anyone who might not know, she's a Windclan cat born I believe in Power of Three? She and her siblings went out on their own as kits and got lost in the tunnels, leading to Breezepaw, Heatherpaw, Lionpaw, Jaypaw, and Hollypaw needing to go in and save them despite a flood. And if you believe Heathertail, it was Sedgekit who told Windclan about the tunnels afterwards, allowing Onestar to attack Thunderclan through them and starting the big battle in Eclipse. Then later she was one of the two Windclan cats chosen to go on the beaver quest with Lionblaze and Dovepaw in Omen of the Stars. Also, if we take author statements into consideration, she and her siblings are half-clan cats, with their father being Beechfur from Riverclan.
I feel like these details are forgotten a lot. It'd be nice to think of things from Sedgewhisker's perspective!

@Moon briarlight was originally supposed to die soon after her injury and was only changed because vicky had a relative become paralyzed, so her story was changed to show they even with her injury, she can be happy and strong. healing her back just takes away all of that character development. there was no reason for them to heal her back since we are told when cats go to starclan, they go back to the age where they were the happiest in life. briarlight remained pretty darn happy after her accident, so i don’t see why starclan felt the need to change that.
you also have to keep in mind this is a children’s series, so telling disabled kids that they can’t be happy is kinda messed up
I would love to hear about the time travel that goes on with Jayfeather and Jaywing. I find it very funny that they have this elaborate time travel plotline where Jayfeather goes back in time to help the ancient clans move to the mountains and then never bring it up again.
Yes! I personally love Power of Three and OOTS and Jayfeather in general because you learn about the history of the clan through his POV. I’d love a video talking about this.
I personally would like one on heathertail. She is a character with a lot of connections to later important characters and is described as a really respectable warrior. She continues to have a close bond with her mentor as seen in Crow feathers trial, and is by far the most reasonable cat in the crowfeather trophy family. Idk I just like her and would like to see her discussed more.

I feel like the scene where Longtail sabotages a plot by Tigerstar to save Firestar's life /in front of Tigerstar/ is just so forgotten and it's really sad. It's such a great scene for Longtail's character, and it's actual proof of him working to be better, possibly the only actual case of this in the series like Moonkitti said. It was a real turning point for Longtail, and the only time I've ever seen it drawn was when I've done it.
I'd love to hear you talk about Birchfall! He's a hugely overlooked character considering everything he has going for him! He trained in the Dark Forest, is Dove's and Ivy's father, the last surviving kit of Dustpelt and Ferncloud, lived through starvation in the old forest, and was rejected by his father in Dovewing's Silence iirc
And Dustpelt died before they ever fully reconciled. Good on Dustpelt for not just allowing his son to get away with betraying everyone.

I still cast my vote for Firestar himself. The fandom seems pretty split on this cat. Normally legacy characters like say Tobey's Spider-Man, Sidney Prescott, are greatly respected. But Firestar doesn't have that treatment. Even in the universe of Warriors, he's made fun of and seen as a cat who never knew when it stop butting into other clans' business. When that was just a trait he always had as a warrior Fireheart. People didn't like that he returned at all yet with other legacy characters (Tobey, Sidney etc) people would LOVE to see them return to their role. It's really fascinating to see a fandom so split on this cat. I mean no one really talks about this one moment with Bluestar and Firestar how she comments that he doesn't visit Bramblestar in dreams and he fires back "because I trust in his ability to lead." which seems to imply somethings about their history. You know, namely how Fireheart had lost his trust of Bluestar after she went mad. I dunno I've always found him interesting so would like to see him talked about next.

I’d love to hear you talk about Shrewclaw! He’s always been a favorite character of mine. He was never a morally bad character despite how horribly he treated Tallstar as a kid and apprentice, it was more a case of him not realizing the damage he did to others by his actions. After Tallstar (Talltail at the time) left Windclan and called him out for the bullying he seemed to stop and try to build a better relationship with Tallstar. I jus never hear people talking about him and I’d love some more light to be shed on him considering he’s a pretty major side character in one of the most popular super editions.

I would love one about Hollyleaf! she's my favorite character and I feel like there's a lot to talk about with her, not just about her parents but about the prophecy, being a medicine cat then warrior, her relationships with Willowshine and Cinderheart and Fallen Leaves, having so much potential, etc! I personally love how Hollykit wanted to be respected and looked up to and that's why she chose to be a medicine cat (until she learned that she was better as a warrior), I think it was a nice change from the typical "I want to be a warrior so I can fight the other clans to protect my clan" or "i want to be a medicine cat because i love healing cats" kinda thing that the majority of cats have. I also think it's so sad how she spent her entire life dedicating it to the warrior code and starclan and then believing she had a purpose with the prophecy, only to learn later that starclan chose only her brothers and specifically excluded her. I could go on and on lol, I just think she's an interesting character

I would like to hear a talk about Russetfur. She was a ShadowClan deputy that came from the Twolegplace - an outsider in ShadowClan of all Clans. She was also one of the non-RiverClan (if not only) cat/s that actually protected Sasha from her Clanmates, though still being wary of other outsiders and even half-clan cats (Tawnypelt). Her death was also quite interesting, being killed from Lionblaze after taking a life from Firestar over a small strip of land.

How about Daisy? And if there's not enough material there, maybe her kits too? (Plus or minus Berrynose since he's a more prominent minor character than the rest of his siblings) Like Ferncloud, I think she gets a lot of garbage in the fandom because of her choice in how she contributes to the clan, but I don't think that's fair towards her, and all of her decisions have been made with the wellbeing of her children in mind - she gave up everything she ever knew, the safety of her barn, just so they wouldn't be taken away from her and god knows what would happen to them then, as far as she was concerned. She's even a bit nepotistic, which we don't often see in other queens very much explicitly anyway, with her standing up for Berrynose even when he was definitely the one in the wrong when it came to his and Poppyfrost's relationship. And I think that makes her interesting, since she's allowed to be more than just a cat saying "I agree!" "I disagree!" at least for awhile anyway. It's just you don't often see a cat like Daisy as a character very much, passive, nurturing, a little cowardly and a worrywart but brave for her children and brave where it counts, even if she did suffer the same fate as a lot of the other background characters post Omen of the Stars
Her novella is absolutely heartbreaking, the fact she lost two children in the same battle and only has one surviving kit when she left the farm to protect her kits is just... aghhh.
Please do Mudclaw. He’s such an underrated character and most people don’t even know his whole story.

Talking about Crowfrost in the next one would be AWESOME! He's so underrated and he did so much for ShadowClan, but it was all thrown away and he was killed off just because the authors wanted Tigerheart to become leader. I find him a very interesting character as he was acting leader while Rowanstar was sick with yellowcough, and he had to make some VERY hard decisions and like 2/3 of the Clan hated him.

Okay I’d love to hear more about Tallstar. His character arc is his super edition was good - but to me it just didn’t match the character was had in arc 1 and arc 2. And I want to understand why Mudclaw was let into Starclan. For real; I get it’s explained in the graphic novel but it doesn’t really make sense. Yea he was doing it for his clan but in the process about to commit murder on Onewhisker and overall was plotting on doing a whole other Tigerclan kinda thing with Hawkfrost. That violates the warrior c o d e. So I feel like Tallstar needs some explanation and how his whole character arc at the beginning - stern, went from kinda bland and overall a forgiving Mary-sue leader.

I have a headcanon where Goldenflower primarily takes care of Longtail after he's blinded, because he mentoreded and kind of reminds her of Swiftpaw, and they both greived for him, and they grow really close :)
There's also a scene in the books, when Thunderclan arrived at their new camp in the new territory, where Goldenflower is beside Longtail and is describing the view to him
How about a duo: Jackdaw's Cry and Falling Feather? I haven't read DoTC in so long but the scene with them in the battle has always been so heartbreaking to me
omg yes! literally nobody talks about either of them! ESPECIALLY falling feather. in moth flight’s vision, the spirit cats (soon to be named starclan later on in the book) mostly consisted of gray wing, turtle tail, half moon, rainswept flower, hawk swoop and even quiet rain! but i don’t remember jackdaw’s cry making an appearance. i clearly remember falling feather NEVER making an appearance in that book. she was a favorite of mine for the dotc arc, and i feel like her and her brother don’t get enough love

Hawkfrost. Lets talk about Hawkfrost. He followed his fathers paw steps quite exactly, however, he’s an interesting character to cover. He’s cot wits, cleverness, and charm. He wanted to becoming RiverClan’s deputy so badly, manipulated Ivypool, tried to kill Firestar, and worked with Mudclaw when he tried to take back WindClan from Onestar. Overall, I adore him for his evil side. I think he gave the Warrior Cat Fandom just what they needed. Also, lets not forget the fact that he made his sister, Mothwing, come up with a fake prophecy to get rid of Stormfur and Brook. He’s ambitious, but not a fool. I love to see Leafpool slowly figure him out, putting the pieces together as she goes along.
Perhaps you could do some of the lesser known Dark Forest cats? Redwillow, Maggottail, Snowtuft, Houndleap, Rushtooth, etc. Especially since A Light in the Mist gave a bit more information on them. Some of these characters are just so interesting to me!
Who names their child Maggotkit? (assuming he was born in the clans)

I think you should talk about Goosefeather next, and how his relationships are effected way more than any other medicine cats. Even compared to Shadowsight, he has no one to talk to, everyone hates him even as a kit, and everyone is jealous of him for getting his full name even though he’s not even a warrior, he’s a medicine cat, which is completely different..
I would love to hear about Brightheart she’s such a good character and she deserves some more love ❤️ I always thought she should get at least a novella or something because her life is so interesting! And obviously her and Cloudtail’s relationship is one of the sweetest of all time in Warrior Cats!

Her father was also Onestar which means she was Darktails sister, her relationship with Crowfeather, and she's already had two different litters of kits with Breezepelt! I think you should talk about Pinstar! I don’t think he gets as much love as he should in the fandom. I also think it’s interesting how he goes from being an honorable warrior then becoming leader after his father, to wanting to become a kittypet. He’s kind of like a reverse Firestar in a way.

I would love for you to talk about Yellowfang! I recently re-read her Super Edition and her life is actually kinda sad and grim before she finally gets to Thunderclan. It also highlights how Brokenstar slowly destroyed the clan from within and I'd also like to hear your thoughts about Yellowfang's and Raggedstar's relationship, as the opinions on it are actually pretty divided. Also when she becomes a ghost, her whole entire character just shifts completely which is... weird.

I always love long tail for what the fans make him into, a villainous character with a redemption arc and someone who was a brother to another favorite of mine swift paw. He’s forever one of my favorite just because I remember loving how spikey he looked in sss warrior cat.

Longtail is definitely one of my favorite characters and it still pains me when I see things about his death, because I feel like he should’ve lived for longer!!! But I would also love to hear about Yellowfang!- unless you’ve already talked about her. Her story- at least from her narrative in Yellowfang’s Secret- was interesting I think, especially the part where a cat she didn’t get along with well as a kit and most of her apprenticeship became the father of her corrupted son. :>
I'd like to see you talk about Speckletail, Snowkit's mom. I feel like she might struggle with some conflicting feelings of resentment of her clanmates for failing to scoop him up and get him to safety, but also her clan is her family and they were her entire support system for dealing with the grief over Snowkit's death.
She was also the queen that chased Ravenpaw away that time and refused to nurse Stormkit and Featherkit. She was a fiesty one, compared to the other queens (Willowpelt, Brindleface, Goldenflower) that all had the same personality.
You should do Puddleshine next! He seems really sweet and his relationship with Alderheart and Shadowsight is really cute. He was only trained for one moon and it’s hardly ever mentioned, they kind of threw it to the side. He’s also one of those characters that seemed kind of worrisome, but since he wasn’t a pov character no one really acknowledges it. The anxiety he was when he’s trying to find a cure for (I think it was yellowcough???) was nearly as bad an Alderheart and Ravenpaw’s and he’s almost as good a medicine cat as all the others despite being very young when he started training and only trained for one moon.
Yeah, something that really bothers me is in TBC Mothwing (and kinda Puddleshine himself) are all like, "Shadowsight hasn't had enough training" but Shadowsight trained WAYYYY longer than Puddleshine. Like I wonder if Puddleshine was agreeing with Mothwing on this because it made him feel better about himself and his short apprenticeship?

You know, I’d honestly argue that Needletail did go through a change of heart or mind after Rain was killed. You can definitely see her become disillusioned. My problem with that is that I feel like it takes place largely off-screen, like most of the interesting character development things in warrior cats.
I absolutely love Longtail, he’s my co-all time fav character (Tallstar is the second co-all time fav) and I think it’s because in my head he did have a character arc kinda because he sorta became a better person (I absolutely fall hard for character arcs) and in general he’s just awesome and wholesome in later arcs. I was so sad to find out he went blind and was hoping the authors didn’t just… dispose of him so quickly. I also almost cried when he died.
I would love it if you talked about Ivypool and her 2 surviving kits. Ivypool suffered through a lot of hardship but still managed to be happy and have great relationships (Fern and kits) even after the Dark Forest, and I think it’s really nice to see her in TBC in the (few) moments she talks to Bris. Even though she was more a mother to Twigbranch, she still was a good mother to Bris, and it would be nice to hear you talk about that!
To be fair, if I’m remembering correctly, I saw way more descriptions in the books of him as “beige” or simply “pale” and most people picture that as a pale yellow.

I loved the relationship between Longtail and Mousefur!
Jayfeather’s hatred for Longtail was definitely him just projecting. He was the only other blind cat in the clan and Jayfeather hates how being blind stopped him from being a warrior and Longtail retiring to the Elder’s den probably pissed him off cause it was like some kind of nail in a coffin that said “see? Even a long time warrior cant be a warrior without sight”

I think you should talk about Clear Sky next because he had such an interesting life. His relationship with his brothers changed a lot since he kicked out Jagged peak and had fought Gray Wing. And his struggles as a leader. Clear Sky was kinda like a villain for a little bit then he was good again. Also Dawn of the clans cats need more love.

Like Juniperclaw losing his mother and sister to the kin, and Yarrowleaf trying to forgive sleekwhisker and all that. (Also just juniperclaws family in general i think is interesting)
fun fact, if firestar had made longtail his deputy, there is an unlikely but not impossible timeline in which we have a longstar and a tallstar at the same time.
