@owenkelsey6279 I was in my early 20s and that was not something I cared about. I do know it was a big motor and I could drill up to 24 inch hole 10 feet deep. We installed car lifts.. Oh sorry...I thought you asked what drill motor it was.
I just started watching this video, but Jennings has the magic touch when it comes to these old school engines. I've seen this guy make engines that have sat for 80+ years in an absolutely dilapidated chassis run for the first time since the 1940s.
You perform miracles on these old engines. The raticus giganticus provided an extra bit of work for you to deal with. That has to be nasty stuff to clean out. Thanks for taking time to share your process making it come to life. Merry Christmas!
Jennings never ceases to amaze me with the relics that he gets running. Truly a great guy with a great personality that definitely needs more attention. Keep up the awesome content my guy!
I’m an old movie buff as well as an old car guy, and I see a lot of these COE trucks in 1940’s movies. It’s good to see one still around, up and running. That’s a classic design 😊
My grandfather had one he bought new in 1944, that he used to haul logs and firewood with. I was 10 in 1974, he use to let me drive around the wood yard, it was a forest green with black fenders. when I was 12 I use to deliver firewood with it even though I didn't have my license yet. We ended up parking it in 1983 because the cab was falling apart from rust. The odometer rolled over twice before it stopped working so I know it has well over 200,000 miles on it. Keep up the great work on saving these old vehicles.
I love seeing these old trucks come back around. 1941. That thing was making deliveries the year we entered WW2. Crazy. It would be nice to see what happens to them after this stage.
I've been waiting for you to do a COE I love the jeepers creepers look. Also love your content you can make anything run and have a good sense of humor while doing it. Keep doing what you do mr Jennings
So cool!! I love the truck but that distributor is so awesome...I have never seen one like that and I thank you for bringing us so much great information-John
Amazing that the inside of the cab was not rusted considering the inhabitants. I like that style of cab and with the flathead V8 it will be an awesome project. Hope to see you get it fixed up and get her back on the road. The patina is real nice!
When I first saw that rats nest I would have shut the door and walked away and just used it for yard art. BUT you cleaned it out and got it running just like a magic show. still trying to figure out how you can get junk like that running. A++++++ videos always great.
Thank you very much for that inspiring video. I was cheering you on throughout! You stand out among the rest. A followup video on restoring inside and body, possibly a trunk bed, would be highly appreciated. Rebuild of mechanical components would make me happy.
I'd love to see this thing fixed up COE's are very cool.I'd like to see a better picture of the door with the company logo on it would be cool the see.

Its a U.S. Army 1952 Dodge 3/4 Ton 4x4 M37 weapons carrier. Been working on it since I bought it after completing 6 months of Chemo Therapy for Leukemia. My channel is LuckyLarry and I have been lucky in more ways than one.

The junk this man has got running, unbelievable
I would love to hear 1 of those engines running
I'm 68, and I actually drove a truck almost just like that 44 years ago. It was outfitted with a drill on the back. Boy, what memories.
May I ask what the drill was for?
@@owenkelsey6279 Probably for drilling a well.
