    I own this car and it is the smoothest ride ever. I’ve owned tons of luxury cars and this ride beats them all!!!!!!!

    I leased a green one of these just before the COVID-19 lockdown so I have not driven it enough to master all the bells and whistles. I also had to skip my dealer appointment to go over all this. So I really appreciate how thorough you guys were in this video. I learned about some features I might not have discovered for quite awhile without spending much more time with the manuals. I stumbled across one of these at an autoshow in February and was blown away by the upscale interior and the feature list. Loved the green color with the Touring XT brown & grey leather trim so I got one just like it. And the power that the turbo provides--done deal!

      First off, we’re glad that we could help. Second, we’re both jealous of your purchase and Third, boy oh boy that green with that “baseball glove” leather interior is one fantastic combination! Enjoy your new car and thanks for watching.

    Nice review. More details than most. I've had my 2020 OB Limited Xt for 7 months now. I would agree with most of what you said. It's an amazing ride! It has great power and is nicely apointed with luxury and atention to detail everywhere. Nice that you point out the ease of entry and exit. This is much better than most SUV's and a great thing if you have elderly people in your family.

    • @TwoGuysandaRide

      We absolutely love this vehicle. No wonder it’s Subaru’s best seller. Also loaded with useable safety technology and not just electronic gizmos for entertainment. Thanks for acknowledging the entry/exit information as we agree it’s useful information for young families and empty nesters. Glad you’re loving yours. Thanks for watching

    I LOVE my new 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT! However, I HATE that you need to turn off the “Auto Start/Stop” every time you start up the car. Also, you are no longer able to turn the screen completely off at night time.

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you push and hold the power button on the infotainment screen, it will give you an option to turn your display off. Check out our “how to video” on the 2020 Subaru Outback th-cam.com/video/qwO7QUKj9fk/w-d-xo.html. Thanks for watching!

    Thanks for the great review...you guys nailed it! The XT is a vehicle I'm looking at..test drove it and liked it a lot.My current vehicle is a 2014 Acura MDX and I may keep it for another year or two,but the Outback XT may make me up that timetable. It really isn't as luxurious or as smooth-riding as the MDX,but it's really solid and a pretty good value. I don't need a 3rd row anymore and the cargo capacity in the Outback should be enough for my needs

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ive got a 2014 Acura MDX too and love it but my next vehicle might very well be an Outback! Thanks for watching

    Nice review! IMHO only thing missing at this Subie's trim level is SI drive (the CVT does like to lug the engine any chance it gets to). A few things got better in '21 (better engine start-stop performance, a slightly faster touchscreen).

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Agreed. I know CVTs are supposed to improve fuel mileage but the actual drive and performance of the vehicle suffers from it. With the advancement in automatic transmissions today, I think a fully geared box would be a better “drivers” choice. Just our humble opinions. Thanks for watching

    This was a great review! I like how you showed all the little details. I am a person that after figuring out the engine and etc I want to know the other things; such a sunglass holder, its small but I've always wanted one. lol. And seat memory, it is a huge help since I am 4'11 and my husband is 5'11!
    My husband and I are looking at one this weekend! This will be our "forever" family car and I am excited! I currently have a Subaru Impreza sport and I love it but ready for something a little bigger!

    Tks for your great presentation. However, am questioning myself about when I stop the vehicle and move the select level gear shift to read P position there is always a clap metal sound after reaching park position. Did you experience same during your driving test??

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No we didn’t hear that during our time with the car. I’d say run it to your dealer for a quick look. Might be just a small issue but we really can’t say. Thanks for watching

    In all your reviews what has your favorite infotainment system?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide
      @TwoGuysandaRide  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Wow that’s a hard question. I’d have to say for overall ease of use and features available it’d be the Mercedes Benz MBUX system. So many manufacturers have come a very long way in both features and safety built into their vehicles that it’s hard to pick one winner. My favorite feature of any new vehicle is the camera in the Outback that can recognize the driver when you enter the car and change all the settings to fit that particular driver. That’s so awesome! Thanks for the question and thanks for watching

      An if you do get it I strongly recommend getting the electronics warranty extended to meet the 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty everything is electronic and it cost a bundle to replace something that's on any car if you decide to keep a car that long it's worth the money and peace of mind cost for warranty about 2400.00 extra so,etching to think about

      They did that so you can set the heated seats using Remote Starlink to start the vehicle and set the controls. If they kept the button you wouldn't be able to set it remotely. I hated the fact I couldn't do it remotely on my old car.
