Struggle 'Puff' Meals are what my children (when they were little) would call Inflation or Struggle Meals. When you are trying to save money and prepare a meal for a large family the Struggle really can be real. Let's get Creative and make meals from food purchased at the Dollar store and/or Walmart for Inflation meals and budget cooking.
