@@MrDrakenhoff Oh for sure friend said that I myself not been on gen1 or 2 yet but heard all the bad about them well keep up with the track videos hope to do one myself next season
@@MrDrakenhoff that is good to know. I am thinking about getting one of these but have heard some folks have ground clearance problem with the engine cases. Even so, the fix may be as simple as heavier front and rear springs
@@yuriabmxr I guess yeah. I haven't heard about this issue, but I'd argue that you're dangerously close to laying the bike down if the engine cases are scraping.. Leveraging the upper body position more would be beneficial if doable :)
@@MrDrakenhoff Well, there are actually no real racetracks. It was banned after that horrific crash in LeMans (in the 50ties I guess) and afterwards, they always found ways to prevent it from coming back. But there are tracks in France, Germany, Italy and so on.

Great vid. I also have a mt-09 sp with the same exhaust getting fitted this week. I'm wondering if I should get a steering dampener because mine also gets the 4th to 5th wobbles
what exhaust is it, i just got a 2nd hand mt09 to enjoy until it gets destroyed and cant decide between arrow and termignoni, but this doesnt sound like any of those, kind of has a darker growl

Riding on the track is actually a lot safer than riding on the road some would say. Leaning this far took me quite some time to get used to, so just take your time and get comfortable with it before you seek very uncomfortable situations on the bike. Hopefully that made some sort of sense?

it really doesn't feel as planted as for example some of the Kawasaki models that I've tried, but I have no doubt that the bike can handle way more than I am willing to push it ;)

Fronten er fin, men ikke like stabil som bla kawasaki sin z900, dog jeg har ikke prøvd denne på bane. Ingen ECU endinger for da mister jeg visstnok garantien på motoren fra Yamaha... rartt egt men men

Do you think the MT09 Has such a light front end on cornor exit needs some front Aero of some kind?
