Joseph Kamwi, Ex-political prisoner

This was at a public meeting in Katima Mulilo on the 3rd of July 2016. After a keynote presentation, he requested to comment. He expressed his happiness about the event and the presentation, he told his story of how he was tortured and imprisoned for 16 years, and reaffirmed his position in his political belief that Caprivi is not part of Namibia.
