Hon. Geoffrey Mwilima pleads for release

He is a Caprivi political (high treason) prisoner. He is a former member of Parliament. He was severely tortured in 1999 when he was arrested. He has been in prison since 1999, and he is serving a 18 years prison term after having been convicted and sentenced in December 2015.
He is suffering from Diabetes, Hypertension and Renal failure. He is therefore appealing for release on medical grounds, as provided by the Correctional Service Act of 2012, Article 109, as he was speaking to the Judiciary Commission after having made a written request to relevant authorities but to no avail.
