I wasn't sure to use this addon as it was not updated and the creator of it is one the eggheads for Geo Nodes at the Blender Institute. Plus, I really couldn't find tuts for this addon to do what you just did but thank you for showing me how its done. Now if can just find the other tuts to do in his show reel lol.
I did also search online for the problem I mentioned regarding the animation order and seems like not much people know about it. And yeah it is old but I thought it's worth using if you're a beginner or not that much into geometry nodes. Cause I remember back in the days I wanted an add-on or a tool to do animation for floor tiles on a sidewalk and couldn't find one so only if I knew about it then.

Its very interesting and u taught so easy to understand. It would be a great tool for presentations as an architect. I had one doubt about : for ex. We take a series of wood rafters i did that but it haven't fall down by order its just randomly falling down. How to fix that, can u help me on that !

i cant really tell but it looks like the order of dropping is based on the hierarchy in the group so maybe if you put the cube block after the floors before generating the ids it will fall last
i could be wrong or you may have tried that and it didnt work, just a thought.

How to define a different starts times for the each categorie?
I did not use it because i always think it is obsolete. There is no tutorial and nobody talk about it and also seems the creators of this addon didn't update it for years, but Blender develops super fast.
Now this tutorial changed my mind, thank you!
May I ask one question to the creator of this tutorial:
Do you think if Animation Nodes can be substituted by Geometry Nodes completely?
Well glad it helped! I do think geometry nodes replaced this by now if you are into geo-nodes, cause sometimes node trees there tend to be big and complicated. But yeah if you're into geo-nodes you would be able to do similar things without the need of this add-on.

It’s a showreel for the addon but i don’t know if there’s a tutorial on it.

Try looking for music visualization cause the motion is based on that. Then link it with a scale keyframing and a particle system.
You should look into this online and you might reach a similar result.
