Hmm. I bought mine as an 'open box'. Not sure how thrilled I would be buying a used toilet of any kind. I'm guessing that you can/should get a pretty substantial discount on it. Might be worth it. Hard to say without taking a look at it.

No book is going to be able to comprehensively be able to answer that question for you since it is so dependent on where you want to build. If you are referring to where it is legal or where tiny houses are tolerated. That too is a fluid list. Thankfully it's a growing number of places. There are places in CA and other states. Does this book or any book you’ve read about tiny homes inform you of where to build your tiny home? I’m looking for a book with that information.
