Returning from Lakshadweep by Alliance Air after our 3 day trip. After reaching Kochi, we went in search of Heritage sites at Mattancherry. Saw Mattanchry Palace, Jew Street, Synagogue etc. Here's a video with all these for you today!
മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ സന്ദർശനത്തിനു ശേഷം ലക്ഷദ്വീപിൽ നിന്നും അലയൻസ് എയർ വിമാനത്തിൽ കൊച്ചിയിലേക്കുള്ള മടക്കയാത്ര. നാട്ടിൽ വന്നതിനു ശേഷം കൊച്ചിയുടെ പൈതൃകകാഴ്ചകൾ തേടി മട്ടാഞ്ചേരിയിലേക്ക്. മട്ടാഞ്ചേരി പാലസ്, ജൂതത്തെരുവ്, സിനഗോഗ് തുടങ്ങി ഒട്ടേറെ ആകർഷണങ്ങൾ മട്ടാഞ്ചേരിയിലുണ്ട്. അവയെല്ലാം തേടിക്കൊണ്ട് ഒരു കൊച്ചി കറക്കവും ചേർന്നതാണ് ഈ വീഡിയോ!

6:15 lakshadweep island കളുടേ പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്ത് ആണ് സുജിത്തെട്ടൻ തിട്ട എന്നു് വിളിച്ച ഈ reef (coral reef) കാണുന്നത്. ഈ രീഫ് ദ്വീപ്കളെ വലിയ സുനാമിയിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റും സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. Aerial view യില് പച്ച കളറിൽ കാണുന്ന ആഴം കുറഞ്ഞ ഇവിടുന്ന് കിഴക്കോട്ട്(കരയിലോട്ടു) ഉള്ള ഭാഗത്തെ എക്കോ സിസ്റ്റം ആണ് lagoon എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഈ ദ്വീപുകൾ ഒക്കെ aaravalli പർവത നിറയുടെ തുടർച്ചയുടെ ഉച്ചിയിൽ പറ്റി പിടിച്ച് വളർന്നു രൂപപ്പെടാൻ കാരണമായ organism ആണ് കോറൽ (coral).. ഇതാണ് കോറൽ,lagoon ,reef എന്നിവ തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം..
ദ്വീപ്കളുടെ കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗം ഇത് പോലെ lagoon ഇല്ലാ. സാധരണ തീരവും കടലും ആണ് . അതിനാൽ അവിടത്തെ ജെട്ടി natural തന്നെ ആഴമുണ്ടവും. അതിനാൽ വലിയ കപ്പൽ തന്നെ അടുക്കും. എന്നാല് എല്ല ദ്വീപിലെയും വെസ്റ്റേൺ side(lagoon ഉള്ള സൈഡ്) ലേ ജെട്ടിയിൽ boat um vessels um മാത്രം എടുക്കുക ഒള്ളൂ.കരണം lagoon ല് ആഴം കുറവ്. നേച്ചർ Protect cheyyan ആഴം koottarum ഇല്ല. അതിനാൽ തന്നെ ആഴമുള്ള ഈസ്റ്റേൺ ജെട്ടി ഉള്ള ദ്വീപുകൾ വികസനം എത്തിയ ദ്വീപ് എന്ന ഒരു parameter ഇവിടെ പ്രയോഗത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതാണ്
