Minecraft Note Blocks can seem very difficult to wrap your brain around, but if you follow easy Note Block Redstone Tutorial, I promise note blocks will seem a lot less difficult, and far more simple than you realized!
    ---
    Cheat Sheet Reference Guide Images:
    imgur.com/gall...
    Noteblock Template:
    www.mediafire....
Here's the notes I wrote for the first part of the Tetris theme I used as an example in the video:
    22----17--18--20----18--17--
    15----15--18--22----20--18--
    17----17--18--20----22----18----
    15----15
The numbers represent the number of times you have to right click the note block, the dashes represent the number of redstone ticks needed between each note.

Some songs can’t be played on note blocks, either because a) there are only so many instruments (there is no oboe, that is needed for the Moldau) or b) there are more than 24 notes(this is a problem for songs like rondo alla turca)

    • @familycraftdad

I'm a musician so I've always wanted to make music in minecraft but I didn't really know how noteblocks work, but this cleared it up quite well! Thank you!

I’m also a musician, I play the violin, and I had the exact same dream as you!

VanillaTweaks has a great texture pack add-on that allows you to see the notes on the noteblocks, which makes doing this way, way easier
